EVERYONE goes through hard times ... how I learnt to deal.

I have found a lot of positive ways to deal with pain or depression.
- TALK!!! Find a friend and let your feelings out. Nothing feels better than talking it out.
- Stay positive! The best thing you can do for yourself is be positive, even in the worst.
- Keep your mind occupied. I LOVE to play video games, and my xbox is my favorite stress reliever.
- Keep an open mind! Try new things, don't be afraid to expand and explore!
- Make new friends, even if they are just online. There are people who feel the same way you do, and we are all here to help each other. Don't ever feel like you are alone!
