A very quick edit of some of the footage from the trip.
Spence still has a lot more that I had to download into his laptop as I kept filling my SD card.
All in all a magnificent trip.
Did the drive in 2 days wit a stop at Carnarvon on the way up and Dongera on the way back.
We stayed 8 days and fished for 6 of those days. the only days we didn't bag out was the 1st and last days which were half days.
Weather was unbelievable, with a bit of swell but nothing that couldn't be handled by Spence's 5.2.
The rest of the lad that we went with were top notch and even fed us some top chew on a few of the nights.
My highlights were getting a few new species ticked off that included Reds, Cobia, Pearl Perch, Goldband, Robinson Sea Bream, Macks and of course that cracker Wahoo. We also caught Red Throat, Spanglies, Grassies, Tuna, Honeycomb Cod, Rankins, Tomato Cod and Trevs and things I can't remember.
Big ups to Spence for some top skippering too.
My arms, back and shoulders are sore, my hands are cut to shreds and the bank account has been dented but all in all the best trip ever.
More details to come soon.
