Fish
homebrewer not fishmonger

Took a mate and james fishing down busso last night. we got down there and it was a mill pond. Could of easily taken the boat out..... but we hit the jetty for the first tiem in a while. A new experience for me watching james on the jetty showing no fear as he got ever so close to the edge...

Got james into the water adn while patrick chased squid.. No squid but the herring turned up and made for great fun watching james trying to reel them in. We managed to put one out as a live bait but no takers there either.

James outfished us 6-4-1. though he was great fun to have around he even went to sleep on the jetty.

Cant wait to take him out in the boat again

The primary plan of any fishing Dad - is to get the kids onboard from a young age, before they get into horse riding, archery etc...

Yep just get them fishing early on. They might lose interest when the opposite sex gets involved when they are older, but they slowly get back into it. Heading to Busso in a couple of weekends. Going to try and get into the big squid down there from the dinghy.
