I have been doing quite well on dhuies in shallow water on plastics.

Ended up with a good 12kg fish on a zman violet sparkle grub and put the old man onto his first too!

Good stuff goodie. IMO fishing shallow water has more excitement to it and I enjoy it a heap more than bottom bouncing in the 40-60.
