Went out this morning and got these suckers. Released another 8 or so along with 3 sambos and a few eagle rays. A photo of what was in their guts. It looks like they enjoy the crabs. Also got bricked about 10 times. It was a pretty consistent bite all morning till about ten. |

How far out are you going aprox for these fish and where do you launch from? Just saw a pic of your boat on another post. You could go anywhere in that. Awesome looking boat. |

I have been getting them on or around the three mile or five fathom which ever one you want to call it out in my dingy. Fishing out of dawesville and got these in 12m of water. The big boat gets used about every three months and generally head 30-40nm out. With the twin 250s on it she uses a bit of fuel so deckies are hard to find as I prefer to go mid week. I've done a couple over nighters with two deckies on board and there is plenty of room. She needs a bit of work done to the trailer and the cabin layout so it's going to be a work in progress for the next few year. |

Good old Five Fathom it's good the whole way along. Yeah I'm glad it's not me fueling your big boat. Hell of a nice boat but I'd struggle to go out as often if mine. |
