Winter is my favorite time of year to fish, especially from the tinny as all the tasty things come in close. Had a good run lately on the dhus on artificial's in about 13m of water, smashed some tuna (about 6Kg) and have been hitting the pinks up at night. Highlight was taking my good mate (Choc on this forum) on his birthday and watching him pull up his PB dhu at 16kg on z man grubs in 14 m of water ! long live the tinny ! |

Top feed there goodie and choc. i love shallow water fishing and reckon it is just as rewarding as drifting for dhuie in the 30's or deeper. The anticipation of sitting on the anchor and burley and waiting for the suckers to take the floating mulie. |

Even better stopping those fish in shallow water. Some pretty tight drags in use? |

I was only using 20 pound Lefty, couldn't have the drag too tight. |

Ripper Dhu Choc gotta be stoked with that. I bet when that came aboard there was a few hi 5s, cheers etc. Nice size tuna's and Snapper as well. The tinnies definitely proving it's a worthy vessel.💪👍 |
