I don't believe in catching them and they should be released but I do want to catch a small one only and give it a taste. I've been told they are great eating. The question. What's the best way on getting them on the boat safely?? It it to get them on and cut the barb off the tail??? Is there that magical spot that kill them instantly and making that barb safe. |

cheap scallops is the best way to describe the taste. Red take a trip to bunbury. SO easy to catch a ray here. |

Had an asian mate when doing undergrad and we would catch skate for him, tried it a few times in all sorts of different sauces was pretty stringy but ive tasted worst seafood. Has anyone eaten a port jackson shark? was told they taste good but could just be a myth and never got around to trying one!!! |
