Thank,s Grot ,any clue,s as to where to drag a lure ,Bering in mind that I,ll be in the cc tub so the weather will dictate how far out I go or is it worth burleying up and having a floater out on wire ? any clue,s would be good as I clearly dont have a clue ,thank's guy's |

Rob remember that map i showed you ? fish the 2 edges of the pink zone, that i'v marked out for you, lets just say if i was in JB and hunting mackkies this would be were id work over as mackies love edges, depending on swell, run along the 14m one on the back of the reef then give the 18-20m edge a work over, and all over the pink zone, But if you listen to any of my advice keep your trolling speed up, around 7-8knots for diving lures and 8-10knots for jet heads pusher type lures, the slower you go the lower your strike rate will be and less hook ups you will have, lets face it your not trolling for trout, you trolling for fast Pelagic fish, mackkies can swim around 13knots at full tilt, so keep that in mind, Cheers ReelFish |
