Its time to hit the stones/rockwalls fella fisho's, If your keen to get a pinkie I reckon over the next week you'd be in with a real good chance. I'd be out there if it wasn't for my shoulder. Give it a shot during the rougher weather coming, or if not that keen go straight after. Snapper are definitely in close and will come right in with this weather coming. I'd be trying north mole either side near the end or otherwise one of Woodman Point Asi North or South Groyne. Get into them. I wanna see some pics up within a week.

ok my only chance is Tuesday at dusk so thats my plan. I'll be hitting up ASI south groyne and looking to be there for about 3:30ish to be set up to soaking for dusk.
if you havent been there look at google maps for Clarence beach road and the entry is at the end there. Rob, josh ive PM'd you with my mobile number.
Unfortunately the wind looks to be dropping around then but i hope the pinkies will be in and cleaning up along the edges.

WOOHOO!
of course everyone is welcome.

well Wednesday night turned out to be a wonderful example in patience and stubbornness. 11 hours on the rocks at ASI south groyne for zero runs and very little attention on the baits from the pickers. The only thing to come up was a banjo ray that was so damn small i didnt even know it was on the line until it came into the light.
The first bait hit the water at 4pm and the last one was pulled up at 3am. It was a damn pleasant night, but very disappointing.
Doesnt help when im looking at facebook and seeing pinkies being caught on other rock walls around the place. Not as many as the last big storm, but there were a few around.
oh well......

Took me four 12hour stints to get my first decent snapper off north mole.
