Love my 4x4ing. Have a 93 single cab solid axle 2.8 hilux at the moment, 2in lift, 31 mtzs, 2.5 in exhaust. Near future plans are to turbo it with the kit from the 2.4 surf, long range tank, spartan front dif lock, extend shackles and invert rear shockies so i can run 12in bilsteins. |

Fark yeah love the rough stuff. Im running a 93 gq wagon diesel auto with supercharger. 3" lift 33" bighorns, dents in every corner and so fricken loud we never see any roos! His name is Max and im just going out to give him a fresh belly of oil now. Day trips for us are usually up dwellingup way... so I can get a fish in too. Goin tomorrow arvo if anyone keen for a drive? A lot of water around so was gonna experiment with berley and bait. For ferals I know but hey... |

I like my 4wd driving but I cannot afford to stuff up my Pajero. One of my mates is really good at taking us off to fish and finding some narrow goat track to explore...lol. |

Yeh that's what I was thinking. I would like to test out the Colorado. Always easier with a with a few other vehicles (less digging). Maybe north of 2 rocks to a nice little bit of beach/reef. Or if reel keen after that S-bend weekender? |

What about a southern stone fish?? Black point through to white point some spots down there along with the coast from Walpole to Albany? Borlholm beach is a real tester and out to the deeps, trav Grundy would know a few of these spots. You can camp out there as well. The deeps is one of the fishiest grounds I've seen down south without having to walk to far. I am in if the dates suit! |

Bit off topic but anyway. Went for a cruise down to the deeps yesterday as i havent been there for a while, was a little annoyed to see that the main track down (use to be bloody steep and soft) has now had black rubber matting laid and nailed to the sand, resulting in being able to drive down and back up in 2wd. In my hour down there 8 cars came down for a stickybeak whereas before i would have had the place to myself. |
