ASI tonight!!! leaving in a few hours! woohoo!
Mate fished the south groyne last night and said its the first time the seaward side has been unfishable for him. the swell was to the top of the wall and the worst conditions he has seen there.
Ill be heading to the south groyne for a squiz but if its not fishable on the seaward side ill head to the north groyne and head to the end. im not psychic but i sense ill need some wet gear...
BRING IT ON!

Good luck Wook!
I ran into an old bloke up my way that says he's got a couple of Snaps from the stones this year. His best a 9lb'er.
Reckon Tuesday arvo is worth a shot too! I'm gonna have a crack, hopefully he'll be there with his long gaf!
I live with fear everyday, but sometimes she let's me FISH!

i lasted until midnight and the swell started coming over the top. That was enough for me. Home now and ill see how the wind looks for dawn somewhere around home.

looking at seabreeze i think i timed it pretty damn right. Anyone know whats up with Woodman point graph? its always off slightly in the wind direction.

well I got sucked into the newspaper reported gummy shark @ Warnbro Sound rumours and had a crack last Friday night for just a couple of small choppers...and gave Kwinana Beach (near the water outlet close to the Power Station) a crack last Sunday afternoon for the snapper...but no cigar...has anyone had any joy at the latter spot?

No luck for me either. Gave it a few cracks but only rays and chopper bites.

Swell is still hanging in there at 5.1m right now.
