MARCHMONT HOUSE
I've had enough. I feel as if I cannot continue to live this charade for one moment longer. As a small girl my mother would always say, 'It's a woman's job to love and support her husband, no matter what'. However I cannot deal with him anymore, to be honest... I cannot deal with life.

At the beginning of our relationship, back in the early days when we were courting, he was a gentleman... he treated me with respect - the respect that I so rightly deserve. However... now I cannot even explain something to him without him talking over me about my family the Gore-Booths'.

Earlier today we had a blazing argument, not unusual for us, although this time it really put things into a perspective... a perspective that I simply cannot ignore. I left for our London townhouse in a rage, he knows this. But what he does not know is... I've arranged for His Eminence Aulus Cardinal Bennett to visit me and give me some private marriage advice. I respect Cardinal Bennett; I will seriously consider the marital advice he gives me.

My God I want this marriage to last, for the good of the children and the family... but despite my lust for a strong marriage I simply cannot ignore the fact that I am unhappy and I fear the man that I once loved oh so much does not love me anymore.
