"Good evening. I am able to confirm that I have enjoyed successful talks with Russian officials at the Kremlin. I will confirm that at our talks I secured a pledge from Russia that it would not encroach on another nation's Sovereignty if the European Union removes the sanctions that has crippled its economy and other key domestic services and awards Russia reparations for the damage caused. I will be presenting my arguments to the European Union within the next few hours. If Britain votes yes to exit from the EU, we will still, as a country, not have left the EU until the final paper has been signed - and I will sign the paper if the country votes yes.

May I say that this is the first time I have heard of the news of Sir Alan Clifton-Brown's resignation as Foreign Secretary, and that I had to find out through the newspapers. This is not the way to do business, and I am thoroughly disappointed in Sir Alan. I will confirm that Sir Jeremy Hunt has taken over as Foreign Secretary with immediate effect.

Thank you."
