Revise

Please make your resolution a little bit longer - 20 lines total is usually a good number. Also, be sure to italicize declaratory clauses and underline operative clauses.

Regarding content, be sure to include statistics/existing groups in your declaratory clauses. Talk about exactly what has been done to solve the issue, or mention numbers regarding jobs/animals/whatever. For operative clauses, focus more on what will be done, not what should be encouraged - this is a resolution by the United Nations, meaning you can create committees/organizations/funding programs if you so desire. Just make sure the operative clauses have a bit more weight, and you'll be good to go on that!

So cover the above, and resubmit here, and you'll be a-ok! :)
