Revise

For starters, make your resolution a bit longer - 20 lines is a good number to shoot for. Secondly, make sure you italicize declaratory clauses and underline operative clauses. I understand that if you copied this from a word/docs file the formatting won't show up on the forum, but I can't pass you unless you either attach the document or use the forum tools to manually re-italicize/underline them.

Also, your declaratory clauses contain no statistics or sources - it's usually ideal to have these, as they help delegates understand your resolution is legit! Your operative clauses as well should be reworked so they take define action - as-is, your resolution is only affirming that the U.N. should do something and that pollution is bad. What should the U.N. do? Will action require money? Remember, this is a resolution by the United Nations, so you can even make your own committee if you want. You could use this opportunity to add lines with statistics and action to make your resolution longer, too!
