Somebody offered me a cutting from her aloe plant, but I never got back to her about it. In the meantime, it's healing slowly. There's not much pain really; it's mostly tingling and itching. Giving it a rub down feels pretty good. I expect it stimulates the nerves, helping them to heal. In fact, I wonder if the itching is intentional, as if the nerves are saying, 'hey, Stitchy, we need some attention to help us to recover.'
