In the name of His Grace, Joffrey of House Baratheon, the First of His Name, King of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm,
Ser Jaime Lannister is hereby granted the position of Lord Commander of the Kingsguard, to fill the vacancy left following the unfortunate death of Ser Barristan Selmy, to hold and serve loyally in until the end of his days, defending the King and the Royal family with dedication, unyieldingness, and bravery, as befitting a Knight and Noble Lord of House Lannister. Furthermore, with the elevation of Ser Jaime, there vacancy exists a vacancy in the ranks of the Kingsguard. After due consideration, His Grace has selected Ser Balon Swann to take up the seventh white cloak, an offer which was gratefully accepted by the Knight in question, who now joins the ranks of the finest knightly order in the realm.

In the name of His Grace, Joffrey of House Baratheon, the First of His Name, King of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm,
In the Light of the Seven, by the authority of His Grace the King, and with the blessing of his High Holiness the High Septon, Tommen Baratheon has officially been anointed as Crown Prince of the Realm, officially recognized as the heir to his brother's hegemony and titles until such a time as His Grace is blessed with issue and an heir. Any actions or declarations by the vassals and subjects of the Realm questioning the Prince's rights to the position, either now or in the event of his succession, will be considered as High Treason against the King himself, and treated accordingly.

In the name of His Grace, Joffrey of House Baratheon, the First of His Name, King of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm,
With his Grace King Joffrey having reached his 16th name day this year, he has officially achieved full legal maturity, as per the Laws of the Realm. The regency of Queen Dowager Cersei Lannister is hereafter dissolved, and full regnal authority is vested in the King's own person. Furthermore, with the King now having reached adulthood, he and his betrothed, Wylla Manderly, are at last able to wed, as per the agreement of their two Houses.
All the Lords and Ladies of the Realm are hereby invited to the Wedding of His Grace King Joffrey Baratheon and the Lady Wylla of Whiteharbor, which is to take place in three months' time under the officiation of His High Holiness, with the subsequent feasting and celebration expected to last several weeks, properly celebrating the joy and glory of the newlywed couple. Members of Houses Manderly, Woolfield, Lannister, and Baratheon will be given the greatest of respect, privilege, and deference, given their family ties to the King and soon-to-be Queen. The remaining principal Houses Arryn, Tyrell, Martell, Tully, and Greyjoy will equally be honored guest. However, in his generosity, the King has decreed that all the Noble Houses of the Realm, regardless of rank or wealth, shall nevertheless be treated to the finest status should they be present.
