Being The Owner is a collection of threads by users who post about what they would do if they ran a promotion.

#1: Don't plagiarize : This means what it says. Don't copy other people's work or off of real life. If you are caught, your work will be promptly deleted.

#2: Partnership means 2 : Only 2 people can work on one BTO. This is useful for brand splits. In the event your partner abandons your thread and it is under their name, you can carry it by yourself but you CANNOT get a partner because if the owner of the thread comes back it'd be three. Reliability is rare.

#3: Limit your BTO Posts to 4-Per-Day : A preview, a smackdown, a preview, a RAW is ACCEPTABLE.

#4: No Part 1's and 2's, Seperate Topics or Senseless Bumping : One thread, 4 post per day maximum, one other partner.

#5: Deceased : Are to be only used before death and after if you continue with them alive.

#6: Reviewing : Don't beg for 'em. Not only is that bumping, if you really need reviews and bumping to your thread, chances are, it isn't really that good to begin with. If someone wants to review your show, they will feel free to. Saying "Reviews are welcome" is accepted but "Please review me" is not. Don't seem desperate. They'll most likely come within 7 days.

#6a : Your review must be meaningful. Give feedback, show some points, give predictions. The point of reviewing is to show points you liked and points you didn't. Criticism is borderline fine. Don't go overboard.

#7: Don't advertise your show in other threads : It's not only rude, but it shows a lack of respect. Just don't do it.

#8: One topic per month : One. 1. If you started on Feb 28th, not March 1st, not March 18th, not March 27th. March 28th.
