 -- ROH World Champion Kevin Steen will be facing Cedric Alexander at the Premiere Wrestling Xperience show in Charlotte, NC tonight. Also scheduled for the show are: Mike Bennett w/ Maria Kanellis vs. Caleb Konley for the PWX Title. Steve Corino and former WCW wrestler Lodi will also be at the show. -- A new series of children's autobiographies on pro wrestlers is set to be released through Capstone Publishing. The series will include Kurt Angle, The Undertaker, CM Punk, John Cena, Triple H and Randy Orton. -- SportsVibe, based in the UK, has a piece on New Japan Pro Wrestling star Prince Devitt. You can read it at this link. -- NWA Hollywood has a show scheduled for tonight in Huntington Park, CA. Scheduled to work the show are Joey Ryan, Scorpio Sky (Mason Andrews in TNA) and Tough Enough contestant Eric Watts. The main event is Willie Mack vs. Johnny Goodtime for the NWA TV Title. -- TNA has a house show tonight in Ottunwa, Iowa. No official card has been released. The only matches that have been advertised locally are Austin Aries vs. the winner of a battle royal as the main event and Miss Tessmacher vs. Gail Kim for the Knockouts Title. Source: Pwinsider -- As we noted last week here on the website, former wrestler, booker and manager Dutch Mantel (real name Wayne Keown) suffered the tragic loss of his 16 year old granddaughter, Amelia. She was killed in a collision by a speeding car driver who was being pursued by a local state trooper. Amelia was driving home from school at the time. Mantel recently made the following post to Facebook: FB family...my dear sweet precious Amelia has gone from this earth. She was cremated Friday morning. My daughter and Amelia loved to travel and one of the places little Amelia loved best was the Grand Canyon. Amelia called it the most beautiful place on earth. Amanda wants to go and spread her ashes to the winds there but she needs a little help. If you can, donate a few dollars via Paypal to help Amanda realize this goal. If you can, you can.
