Considering how arrogant Apple can be, they'll probably just advise consumers to "keep the things out of your pockets, easy peasy". Or they'll advise buying some sort of hard case to provide more protection. At $750.00 for a no-contract iphone 6+ one would think it would be more sturdily constructed. |

We don't even own a smartphone. Why would we possibly need one? We have a basic Huawei cell phone that cost 40 euros with a prepaid card. No contract. Our monthly cost is about 5 euros. Edited by Erna, Sep 24 2014, 08:48 AM.

It's not really Apple's fault. They have always sold a product that was designed to be as thin as possible, not as unbreakable as possible. What other product would be sold by bragging about its thinness, when everyone knows that you can't even use it without a clunky case? Anyone who puts an iPhone in his pocket without a case is asking for trouble. |

Wired mag says, "Well duh, take some skinny alumimum and press a fat butt on it and it's going to bend." Wired |

We don't even own a toothbrush. Why would we possibly need one? We have a basic twig that cost nothing. No contract. Our monthly cost is about zero euros. |

I guess I'm out of the loop on cell phone carriage. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone with one in their back pocket. It just seems like a completely stupid idea. I don't even carry my wallet in my rump pocket. |
