I've read about that guy before. Glad he finally got what he deserved for the building. I hope the new owner doesn't tear it down. It's a beautiful structure.

Some architects help us out. What can be done with about 35,000sq ft of space, 72 rooms and many features left over from its former life as Germania Bank with just remodeling the interior. Businesses on first floor, rest apartments?

I just think it would make exquisite full floor homes or 2 residences per floor. What an exciting prospect for development. I know nothing about NYC or the area so it would depend on the location but such a once in a life time opportunity for a creative, respectful developer.
