The vid seemed to say it is an 8 unit rental structure so about $5 mill a unit. Heart stopping #s in real estate now. They also featured Bruce Willis apt. buy. I also liked that as well. Spectacular location and building. $17 mill. These numbers are absolutely astounding. There was a great series in the NYT this Sunday and all this week explaining the run up in NY real estate by foreign buyers. Especially in the Time-Warner condos. Very shady indeed. |
