Thomas W. Lucas Jr. defrauded more than 50 investors out of $14million

Lucas, 35, of Plano, Texas, showed them fake and forged artist sketches, maps and site plans of 'Frontier Disney Dallas-Fort Worth' to dupe them
He told investors that properties were on the fringe of future theme park

Investors planned to flip land to developers at a profit when announcement was made, but Disney said they had no plans for a Texas theme park

Lucas faces up to 20 years in prison for seven wire fraud counts and one count of making false statements to the FBI

He receives oxygen from a portable machien to treat chronic migraines

The chronic migraines probably come from all the blubber he's carrying around.

But it is amazing how easily some stupid people will give up their money when their greed gets the best of them. Apparently the people who gave this skunk their money never heard "if it seems too good to be true, it probably is".
