IMO this is the most exquisite celebrity property I've ever seen advertised. There's not a single thing about it that I don't love. And those views!

ITA on this property, it is a plumb. The swimming pool is ideal, blends in with the landscaping and those drop dead gorgeous views and from almost every room in the house. I would guess Jeff and wife want to down size but for a young couple with plenty of money this place is shangri-La.

I'd hate to think what the grounds keeping budget for that property is. If it requires a groundsman to live on-site I'd guess it's substantial.

I have a question about the dark on the top of the fireplace in the living room. Is it soot and left on for a purpose or a shadow. It's not on the wall. Also the island in the distance, is that Santa Catalina?

Those are the Channel Islands. I think Catalina might be too far south to be seen from that location.

And the dark on the fireplaces definitely looks like soot to me.

This brings back fond memories of driving from our little studio flat in Santa Monica(NORTH OF WILSHIRE) to San Fran, with stops at Big Sur and Carmel.

Things did not really get super nice until one was north of Santa barbara(Montecido)
