Injuries: These are some of the other injuries that Grissom says she sustained at the hands of her ex-husband. These pictures were not shown to a jury

REVEALED: How judge withheld these abuse pictures that could have saved mother-of-two from 25-year jail sentence by proving she did NOT shoot dead violent husband in cold blood

Tracey Grissom, 32, shot dead ex-husband Hunter Grissom in Alabama in 2012 because she says she 'feared for her life'

The mother-of-two claims he raped her and was abusive even after their divorce in 2010

Gruesome photos of the abuse were not included in evidence at her trial

One juror later saw the images and said it would have changed her mind

Grissom was convicted of murder and sentenced to 25 years in prison

She features on Saturday night's 48 Hours crime show on CBS and maintains her innocence saying she is not 'a murderer'

------I wouldn't have convicted her, I don't care that he was running away and was shot in the back. In her state of mind she wasn't thinking about that, she was ridding herself of her abuser. Something is terribly wrong with the court system but how can it be fixed? This judge doesn't belong on the bench.
