It's sickening that these companies get away with this. IMO we should levy huge fines against US companies for every job they outsource to a foreign country. |

this is exactly what Disney did I noticed that in that case, as with this one, most, if not all, of the employees that were replaced were older ones that had been with their companies for years sounds like they want cheaper and younger employees; wonder how much the employers will be saving on their share of the health insurance premiums for those workers? |

Indeed. A friend of mine that's Desi-American/Asian-Indian American had the option of being outsourced to India, or being fired. He enjoys going to India with his family to see other family members but has no desire to live there, and he would be put into a region/state where he does not speak the language, and he did not want to leave the United States where he was born so he found a different job. |
