Lady Campbell, since you enjoy what you call 'Towel food' what types of it do you enjoy? Do you ever make it at home? I made some lamb chapli today and it's very easy to make and it tastes delicious. https://hassanyarkhan.wordpress.com/2011/11/19/chapli-kabab/ I have made dahl with red lentis, and prepared it correctly; but to me it tasted like dirty socks smell so I did not eat a lot of it. Sometimes I will make lassi at home with mangoes, and other fruit. For a dessert I have made gajar havala with carrots. |

We have never attempted Towel food at home and we don't like lamb. Last time we had lentils with rice and salad and it was excellent. |
