I feel like I'm inside the coffin, banging on the lid and no one hears over the sounds of Thelma Houston! So glad I got to experience all that the 70s offered. What a time for a gay man to be alive. Then came Reagan and the 80s.

Exactly, we may be old but at least we got to live through the days of extremes on both ends of the spectrum. We saw the highest highs and the lowest lows.

Ok, I misunderstood the whole thread. I thought equating the 70s to the 50s. I should never underestimate my stupidity.

But really, who of us in our 30s and 40s ever thought we'd make it to 70 with each and every friend dying a horrible AIDS death.

Kisses for you & for everyone who survived the horrors of 1980's-90's.

Since that is a very long time ago, that is a rather sad admission.

We are in the same age group as homosexuals Tammy Cruise, Brad Pitt and George Clooney, so nothing to be ashamed of.

You haven't seen them in person, without digital help.

Besides, it is hilarious to pick three people who are universally regarded as very handsome as your equivalency. :hysterical

I'm glad I got my butt done then. By the time I'm 45 I won't feel a day over 20. :love
