My goodness, coffins are quite expensive were you live. My laundry room is 280 sq ft. How does one live in 140? Does that include a kitchen or bathroom? |

Paris is an expensive city. That's a lot of money for a tiny efficiency apartment. That's basically a hotel room. Does it include a kitchenette? I know a lot of regular sized apartments in Paris don't even have an oven in them. Just a cook top and you have to provide a portable oven. |

yes, we saw it about a year ago and it had just been re-done to a very high standard, tiny kitchenette and rather fancy full bathroom. But all part of the 13m2 (about 140sf) A young married Towel couple were renting it and living in it during the week and spending weekends in the country with his rich parents. That's more than 16k euros per m2, we had no idea prices were that high. We could not live like that. You can barely turn around not to mention two people. Edited by Erna, Aug 13 2017, 12:42 PM.

Do you have a link to the 140 sf apartment? I'm curious. |

We think it was sold without being advertised by an agency. |
