We violated our usual refusal to take pills 4 hours ago and took 400mg ibuprofen plus 1 gr paracetamol and are experiencing tremendous pain relief!

You are hesitant to take anti-inflamitories for pain? I could understand opioids but I eat aspirin and ibuprofen like pez for migraines. Are you allergic to other pain medications?

I used to binge on percacet & percadan for headaches but stopped.

It's good you're getting some relief, but don't take those things for long. And if you notice any blood when you do the poopydoops stop taking them immediately. These drugs can cause stomach bleeding.

Thanks Tybee, also can cause hematomas if you bruise yourself.

Here in Europe aspirin is a no-no.

A few years ago our mother told us that our sister was taking cortisone injectias for arthritis, and we think we recall that our mother was also doing the same!

Our LA AAjewishfisheldersister was taking Vicodin for arthritis and the results were predictable

Why is it combined with ibuprofin? Shouldn't the Paracetamol work well on its own?
