This freak got a $2.5 billion divorce settlement. How the hell can she be in default on a $4.5 million mortgage? Why would she need a mortgage at all? Where has all the money gone?
'Catwoman' Jocelyn Wildenstein is selling her lavish Trump World Tower apartment after defaulting on her $4.5 million mortgage

Jocelyn Wildenstein, 72, has re-listed her New York apartment for $11 million

It comes after she defaulted on a $4.5 million mortgage she took out 10 years ago on the eight-bedroom, six-bathroom residence at Trump World Tower

The property failed to sell for its $12.9 million asking price through a different agent earlier this year

Wildenstein paid about $6 million for three adjoining apartments in 2001 so she could turn it into one giant pad that takes up nearly the entire 51st floor

Trump WORLD Tower. How pretentious. Egomaniac. And her decor triggered a petite mal seizure in me. Hiedeous. Stage it, freak lady. No one is buying because they can't get past that furniture. Some fey decorator vomited on that trap back in the 90s. So awful and garish.

It is telling that she has a mortgage. Don't rich folks pay cash? But then Beyoncé and husband took out a HUGE mortgage on their home so who knows.

Since it's located in one of Trump's disgusting buildings maybe the value of the place has dropped considerably and this is a strategic default. Doubtful, but anything's possible. I can't believe this fool has thrown away $2.5 billion since 1999.

I image selling a high dollar property in one of his buildings isn't very easy these days. Very few people who are enamored of the big orange pig have the kind of money it takes to buy in a Trump building, and most of those who do wouldn't be caught dead living there.

If we had that money we would buy a townhouse with a backyard, vintage about 1850, in the village.
