I didn't realize this until I watched The Amazing Race tonight. The lighting is so unforgiving that it was clear that he has had help on top. Pity what is INSIDE his head is so annoying. Those two are NOT going to win this thing. |

I don't understand these people in a contest who tell other competitors the answers to clues or allow them to break in line. What part of "competition" do they not get? |

I really like Josh, from what I've seen of him. He seems like such a sweet guy. That Brent however, it simply boggles the mind what Josh sees in that pompous, officious little low country twit. Josh must have the patience of Job to have stayed with him for 15 years. It'll be interesting if their Beekman 1802 business ever gets to the point that Josh can quit the advertising racket and move upstate full time. That might be the straw that breaks the camel's back in their relationship. I don't see Brent as being someone who will be open to interference by Josh. He's had it mostly his own way up there far too long. A micro-manager like him won't give up one scintilla of control very easily. |

Josh does seem very nice, but Brent is insufferable. But what I don't get is at the beginning of The Amazing Race, Josh says that they both lost their jobs within 6 months of buying the farm, implying that they had to resort to being goat farmers to live. While that may make for a good story, I don't think it is true. Wasn't Josh working in the city on their other reality show? I guess reality is the first thing to go on a reality show. |

I have to wonder if they're more interested in the viewer perception of the two gay boys, than actually winning the contest. If that's the case it might be a smart move. If I were them I'd be looking more into how I could turn our appearance on this show into something long term on TV after this is all said and done. I think that's where the real money is for them, long term. |

Hmm, someone somewhere isn't telling the truth, either now or back when their original show was airing. But you're right, reality usually is the first thing to get trashed on any reality TV show. |

That is a very clever observation. Although Brent is so competitive (and seemingly oblivious to how he comes across on TV), I wonder how successful they will be at that plan. |

I'm thinking B. was just the boytoy at first. |

Personally I'm always suspicious of someone who would do what it takes to become a doctor, only to end up ditching his whole medical career to run a goat farm and be a shop boy selling soap. |

Brent is on overachiever used to succeeding. Getting fired from a very public, good to drop at gay parties, job may have really thrown him for a loop. It seems he is taking out the resulting insecurities on Josh. |

Dr. Bonehead doesn't seem like an overachiever. Josh seems like the brains of this team. |

I just saw the end of tonight's show because it ran long and was recorded as part of "The Good Wife." Brent and Josh came in last. But made these for-the-cameras "I would lay my life down and die for you!!!!!" remarks that seemed so contrived and planned. I do like Josh, but those two are so FAKE and desperate for the NEXT TV THING. |
