You definitely should stop taking the aspirin 5 days before surgery to make sure your blood will clot properly during surgery. That's what my doctor told me to do before my last surgery. It's far more important that your blood is able to clot properly during surgery than missing a short period of aspirin for heart disease prevention. Can't comment on any other homeopathic remedies you're using. You should have already talked to your doctor about those. Didn't they make you fill out a survey where you list everything you're currently taking, including non prescription medications? Edited by Tybee, Nov 1 2012, 09:34 AM.

What are you doing taking aspirin? I thought you were a Christian Scientist. |

Now, why go and destroy a good delusional fantasy by injecting reality into it?

We take no presciptia medicatia of any kind but took one aspirin and one ibuprofen for pain from doing squats at the gym, on October 30 but have taken nothing after that. Some doctors say stop aspirin two weeks before and some say 5 to 7 days before. our doctor said nothing until we mentioned it and then he said two weeks. There seems to be a wide range of opinia about it. But thanks for the 5 day rule, Tybee, now we feel better as our surgery is November 8. Cosmetic surgery is the only medical procedure allowed in Christian Science. Edited by Erna, Nov 1 2012, 11:33 AM.

Are you really having House-Husbear Paul Nassif do your work? He takes calls from Mark Wahlberg during procedures. Will it be filmed for Bravo's Housewives of Beverly Hills? Sound like a good time to be had by all. |

So it's a silly and dangerous cult for people who are both stupid AND vain. |

I would love to have a bit of "work" done but I just don't want to end up a laughing stock like Bruce Jenner, Wayne Fig-Newton or Kenny Rogers. I wish they had levels of "tight" for men. Like Starbucks coffee sizes, you can request refreshed, surprise eyes, smooth as a baby's ass or so tight it looks like you're in a wind tunnel. |

I think they've told Wayne Newton the only available procedure they have left for him is a full face transplant. He wears more eyeliner than Tammy Faye. And the glow those veneers are giving off could light up a runway at night.

the secret is to undercorrect rather than overcorrect, like Barbra Streisand has done - she looks like the same person, older, but good, and she has had at least two facelifts so far. Also homosexual tinymeat brad pitt and tammy cruise are other examples of UNDERcorrect rather than OVERcorrect. Fortunately our surgeon believes in undercorrecting. |

Isn't Brad Pitt too young for surgery? But Tammy Cooze has deaf. Had work and it is really quite good. BTW, that pix of WN is horrifying. The teeth, thin, badly colored hair, smooth forehead. YIKES! |

Mrs. Patrick, I wish you the best with your surgery. Just ask for the polar opposite of whatever Wayne Newton had done and you will be fine. |
