I'm not a paleo fan but I don't think the premise is eat all the red meat you want. So you're starting from a falsehood. |

I know you all fancy yourselves deconstructionists when responding to my posts, but it isn't really a falsehood. Red meat is not an issue on the paleo diet, but whole grains are viewed as poison. It's ridiculous. Not to mention, fashioning your diet after human beings who tended to die around the age of 30 is probably not a good idea. |
