I can't stand flavored coffee. The worst is hazelnut. That is some nasty shit. |

I enjoy green tea with turmeric every morning. I'm fucking crazy. |

Amaretto in coffee is quite nice once in a while. For myself I usually drink instant and I have some vanilla coffee syrup I put in my morning coffee, but only a skoch. And I admit to occasionally putting a little cinnamon or nutmeg in my coffee, but usually only during the holidays and only when I actually brew a pot. It just doesn't work in instant. |

And I agree about Hazelnut. I tried it once and almost wretched. It smells like dirty socks in a cup of hot coffee. |

I've never tried hazelnut in coffee, but I love Nutella. |

Nuts are my go-to snack. But I don't like the smell of hazelnuts or the taste of peanuts. I did make almond butter last week and I was shocked at how tasty it was because almonds, to me, are a bit dry and boring. (I started this post by saying how much I like nuts and then proceeded to dis three of the most popular. But I do like all the others!) |

As a vegan, I cook a lot with a variety of nuts (almonds and walnuts are my favorite), but those flavored syrups are just nasty across the board. |

I can only drink coffee if it's dessert-y: flavored, with lots of milk. Preferably some whipped cream too. |

I put whiskey in mine, except I don't use coffee. |

Hey what can I say. I'm a retired MBA, not an English major. Actually, just so no one think I'm illiterate, I do know the difference. It's another case of the fingers working faster than the brain. |

I did the same thing once, but it caused quite the uproar. It was known as "The Great Cue/Queue Debacle." |

Did I miss something? Was Typee an prickly fucktard when corrected? He seemed very gracious and good-natured about the mistake from what I see. |

Before *I* get lectured: I know that should have been "a prickly." (I took out an adjective that started with a vowel.) |

Yes. I was a fucktard initially, but then apologized and admitted to the error. |

See how I admit when I'm wrong? I'd love to see some of you anonymous pricks do that. (You do realize you can edit posts, right?) |

I want to go on record: I appreciate your candor in owning up to that. Your initial inability to do that was the main reason that brouhaha played for so long. |

There, I go complimenting you, and while I am typing those words, you compliment yourself, which makes me wish I hadn't even bothered. |

That reads gross. How does it taste? Probably just as it reads, right? :rofl |

Thank you for the compliment. Sorry for the bitchiness. One gets a bit shell shocked on here. |

It's actually not as bad as it sounds. There is enough caffeine in it to wake you up, and green tea and turmeric are both powerful antioxidants whose effects are multiplied when ingested together. So it is very, very good for you too. |

After your post comes up, it's a little box at the lower left. You click it and then can edit the post. Maybe it only shows up for registered users? |

Editing must be available only to registered users because there's no little box under my posts. |

Registering has its privileges. But it also has its downside . . . |

Sorry, you must be registered to edit your posts. I've looked through the options and there is no control to allow it. |

Thanks for checking into the edit thing, Tybee. But that's OK -- I don't need it because I never make mistakes. |

The downside isn't bad if you use a proxy or VPN. Many proxies are free and VPN is paid. |
