1) Don't smoke. 2) Limit alcohol. 3) Go vegan, or at the very least flexitarian. 4) Drink lots of green tea. 5) Take long walks or find a fun way to stay active for an hour a day. 6) Put an ocean between you and your mother. |

We put a continent between ourself and our mother and our life blossomed! Also, NO drugs and very little sun, taking frequent loads from large sizemeats - and NO rubbers - has been part of our secret of eternal beauty. The other day a man (str8 guy) we know thought we were about 20 years younger than our true age! THis was very closeup in the barcelona sunlight. |

So he thought you were in your 50s? That doesn't count. You have to fool a gay man for it to count. Straight men are used to men letting themselves go and are shocked by anyone over 40 that doesn't have a beer gut. |
