1) Don't smoke.
2) Limit alcohol.
3) Go vegan, or at the very least flexitarian.
4) Drink lots of green tea.
5) Take long walks or find a fun way to stay active for an hour a day.

6) Put an ocean between you and your mother.

We put a continent between ourself and our mother and our life blossomed!

Also, NO drugs and very little sun, taking frequent loads from large sizemeats - and NO rubbers - has been part of our secret of eternal beauty. The other day a man (str8 guy) we know thought we were about 20 years younger than our true age! THis was very closeup in the barcelona sunlight.

So he thought you were in your 50s?

That doesn't count. You have to fool a gay man for it to count. Straight men are used to men letting themselves go and are shocked by anyone over 40 that doesn't have a beer gut.
