I see Victoria Grayson swanning past that billiard table and saying, "Are you two really pretending to be together again? That's as pathetic as your decorator!" |

Hillary's nude swim parties for her galpals are notorious. Mary Landrieu, Madeleine Albright, Huma Abedin-Weiner and- surprisingly- Monica Lewinsky. |

I remember when Carly Simon's maid Bewiptha tweeted about Hillary drinking too much scotch and sliding her hand up Carly's skirt on Martha's Vineyard. Carly was not pleased. |

Why do they want an 8 bedroom house? One for her, one for him, one for Chelsea & hubby, one for Huma ("she's like our surrogate daughter) & hubby -- that leaves 4 for guestrooms (assuming there are separate servants' quarters, which seems standard), & how many overnight guests do they have at one time? Maybe Chelsea & Huma don't sleep with their husbands so extra rooms are needed for those guys? It just seems like a much bigger house than a family this size needs or wants. Especially a pair of liberal Democrats who would consider it gauche to flaunt material goods. |

And for two people who have never worked a day in their life. Both Clintons have been on the public payroll for most, if not all, of their 'career'. We sincerely hope that something very bad happens to both of them. Edited by Erna, Aug 13 2013, 03:41 PM.

Yes, because the size of one's home is always based on the number of people in your family, not your wealth. You must be a Realtor. |

That visual is repulsive. Hil is one big fat dyke. While Carly is no goddess I would be disgusted if that fat frau even smiled at me. Oh Mrs Pee Cee , I hate the Clintons too. Karma will come back to haunt them somehow....... |

That's my question: why do rich people seem to want huge houses even if they have a small family? Do rich people have some neurotic need to impress the public by living in a mansion? These particular rich people have impressive accomplishments to brag about -- would the world be any less impressed with them if their rented summer home were a cozy cottage without twice as many bedrooms as their family & staff & guests could ever use? |

These people have thousands of friends and need places big enough to entertain -- and throw fundraisers. |

Most people who are wealthy choose big homes, but for different reasons. Old money choose to live in big houses that they usually keep through generations of family. These homes are not always lavishly appointed either. Old money likes comfort and continuity over posh and showy. They like security and they are always very conscious of the fact that there is someone on every corner looking for a way to get their hands on some of their money or their belongings. Old money doesn't flash their money around in public. They many times drive a Buick rather than a Mercedes. Old money poor mouths like no other. They complain about the cost of everything, no matter how large or small. Old money always looks for a deal when making a purchase. New money (like the Clintons) are more often than not tacky and pompous with their money, and think they must display their wealth at every step. Impressing others is what makes them feel they've accomplished something, and superior. New money likes to brag about what they have. They usually chooses to live in brand new mansions (or McMansions) because they don't have the class, dignity, intelligence or background to realize they're buying a big cracker box that will rot away in a few generations unless constantly upgraded, when they could spend half the money and buy a fortress that would last many lifetimes. |

Bill Clinton likes big houses to compensate for his (verified by fish) tinymeat. |

Don't forget having to house the secret service. Don't they still follow Bill Clinton? If I remember correctly, it was during George W. Bush's presidency that a law was passed that the secret service would only follow a president for 10 years after he left office. Prior to that, it was for life. I think previous presidents (Clinton, etc.) were grandfathered in, but may be wrong. |

"... one for Chelsea & hubby, one for Huma ("she's like our surrogate daughter) & hubby" I think that would be four separate bedrooms right there. |
