Real Name: Woodrow Williams
Alias: Scrapyard
Sex: Male
Age: 17
Height: 5'11''
Weight: 152lb
Powers:
  • Industrial Exoskeleton: Woodrow is able to passively control materials to assimilate scrap and machinery into huge defensive exoskeletons. This exoskeleton drastically enhances his strength, endurance, stamina, agility, invulnerability and durability for as long as it is sustained. Initially any skeleton formed would be run entirely on Woodrows telekinetic control of the metal. At later stages the construct may build on itself and support its own weight, and Woodrow can generate a skeletal system to control rather than the entire body. He is even able to assimilate motors and power sources to sustain it.

    • Superhuman Strength – Woodrow is able to use his exoskeleton as an extension of his body, and using this body he is able to move at the proportional speed of a human with the proportional weight of his exoskeleton, enabling him exert huge amounts of power and pressure relatively easily. His strength varies with the size of the skeleton.
    • Superhuman Durability – By surrounding himself with durable metals, Woodrow becomes increasingly more durable. It is safe to assume he is invulnerable to most conventional weapons; if not only because his exo-skeleton can re-assimilate damaged metal.
    • Technopathy - Although unusual, Woodrow is able to control complex machinery that he has soaked up psionically. He is able to rig chain-saws and rotary guns and the motors of cars into unique machines that have different outputs.
Abilities:
  • Expert Mechanic - Woodrow is able to repair or improve more or less anything and frequently uses this skill to generate on the fly tools and solutions.
Equipment:
  • Tool Box - Always carried with him, having tools on tools and bits and pieces.
  • Projects (See first comment)
Weaknesses:

  • Environment - Woodrow functions best in an urban environment where there are plenty of cars and streetlights to absorb; or a scrapyard where he would be able to become titanic in size very quickly. However he suffers in natural environments where there is little to manipulate.
