i would like to see some reptiles like the bearded dragon, frill necked lizard, mulga and the thorny dragon

You can get a frill-necked lizard here, as part of that pack. I know you can get other Australian lizards elsewhere too, but can't recall where at the moment. Hope this helps a little bit, at least.

Yes! More Australian reptiles would be fantastic! Like some of the larger monitors too.

Perentie monitors would be fantastic. Some of the deadliest snakes too, like the inland Taipan and tiger snake.

Yeah, I'd love to see perenties. I'd really like to see blue-tongued skinks (various species too, not just scincoides) since I own one, but they'd look awfully funny using the monitor animations.

I'm going to release a Bob-tail Skink soon, you could see it here. After I do my Blue Tongue Skink and a Reskin another reptile, I'll release it.

Id love to see someone make a Perentie or Yellow Spotted monitors as realistic as the Komodo Dragon from Aurora Designs

I would very much like to have an Australian Brown Snake, though more realistic snakes at all would be wonderful. I would be extremely impressed by snakes that move naturally.
