The Claymore Scribe
(I'm going to slowly start working on updating this, revamping it, adding in character details, and such, so this is "under construction", but all of the old stuff will still be below, as I work on this when I have time to)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

just thought that you guys/girls might like a reference list of "all" the characters in Claymore

(i could have provided more info, but it is long enough and already a bit messy as well)

(also, if i've made any mistakes let me know/post, if you got additions let me know/post, if you disagree with anything let me know/post, or if you got any ideas/changes/questions let me know/post)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Key/Legend:

*ABs=Awakened Beings (Awakeneds that were any former rank Claymores, except rank 1's)
*AOs=Abyssal Ones (Awakeneds that were former rank 1 Claymores)
*AFs/AEs=Abyss Feeders/Abyss Eaters/"Demons"
*HAs=Half Awakens
*BCs=Black Coats
*NYs=Normal Yomas
*Humans=Humans
*Claymores=Claymores (beings, NOT the swords)
*claymores=the claymore swords (NOT the beings)
*Destroyer=Destroyer/"Mary" (Awakened from the half merged bodies of Rafaela+Luciela)
*Fragments=Big Projectiles/"hellcats"/Small Projctiles. (comes from or related to the Destroyer)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(suicide/kamekazi male Claymores/ABs/AOs were created on the continent BEFORE the Organization ever came to the island and began creating male Claymores, then female Claymores, then Clare, then Alicia+Beth, then AFs/AEs, and then the Destroyer. Lastly, possibly Raki into something...)

(my "list" could be or is off because of this: also, note that, each new "Era" could be or is made up of surviving Claymores and/or trainees from the previous "Era")

**ON THE ISLAND ONLY!**

(~100 years have passed)

(~100 years/14 "Eras" = ~7 years is how long an "Era" is. so this makes Claymores at most 20 years old, though a few Claymores lived through 2 "Eras" making them at most 40 years old, and one, Rafaela, lived through 3 "Eras" making her at most ~60 years old. Of course for non-Claymores, Isley is/was the oldest at ~100 years old. But, the oldest of all, are the BCs)

Claymores

(there's so far seen 14 "Eras" of ~50 Claymores somewhat each, so that makes 14 x 50 = ~700 at most total Claymores. It is actually a good bit less since many of the previous "Era" Claymores/trainees carry over or become the next "Era's" Claymores)

male Claymores

(presumably only 1 "Era" of male Claymores, Isley's "Era")

Isley's "Era". (1/14)

(according to the Organization, all of their male Claymores Awakened)

(within Isley's 30 AB army, there might have been at least 1 female AB, but I just ignored this below, pretending all are male ABs)

1. Isley. rank 01. (01/47)
2. Rigardo. rank 02. (02/47)
3. Dauf. rank 03. (03/47)
4. Paburo mountains AB with 6 arms that was suppose to kill Miria, Deneve, Helen, and Clare. I'm guessing he might be rank 11-19, since he was significantly weaker then the former single digit female AB that Ophelia would kill, according to Rubel when he assigned Clare to work with Ophelia to kill it. (04/47)
5. Gaheh. rank ??. 01/30 ABs of Isley's army. (05/47)
6-34. unknown. 29/30 ABs of Isley's army. This includes the 3 "scout" ABs. (34/47)
35. the AB that Dietrich + 3 other Claymores were fighting, whom were helped by Deneve and Helen. (35/47)
36-39. the 4 ABs that ambushed Nina, Clarice, and 2 other Claymores in the northern land, whom were saved by the 7 Ghosts, and unfortunately, Clarice discovered the graves and that there were 7 missing/alive Claymores. (39/47)
40. possibly the AB that Miata with Clarice killed in the forest. i presume it was male, but not sure. (40/47)
40/41-47. unknown. (47/47)

+ *MAYBE* unknown number and identity of male trainees (though this is unlikely as it would "open up a can of worms", unless they simply Awakened as well)

+ *MAYBE* female trainee Riful + *MAYBE* unknown number and identity of female trainees

(with chapter 107 and the explanation of the rank 10's: 2 of the 3 scouts/recons ABs of Isley's 30 male AB army had the Yoki Control ability. I'm not sure if this means that at least one of them was a rank 10 or not, though)

(According too chapter 107: All of the rank 10's were specialized in Yoki Manipulation of the mind, as that enabled them to be specialized in killing other Claymores and possibly Awakeneds as well, as the Organization's "ace or trump card")

female Claymores

Riful's "Era". (2/14)

(Riful and the other Claymores of her "Era" *MIGHT* have been trainees during Isley's "Era")

48. Riful. rank 01. (01/47)
49. *MAYBE* Agatha. rank 02. (02/47)
49-94. unknown. (47/47)

+ unknown number and identity of trainees

(According too chapter 107: All of the rank 10's were specialized in Yoki Manipulation of the mind, as that enabled them to be specialized in killing other Claymores and possibly Awakeneds as well, as the Organization's "ace or trump card")

Luciela's "Era". (3/14)

(Half of the entire Claymore force, this means including the trainees, were killed from Luciela's Awakening from the failed Soul Link with her sister Rafaela and the Organization HQ's was damaged as well)

97. Luciela. rank 01. (01/47)
98. Rafaela. "rank 02", but since sisters, is at least equal in power to Luciela (according to Rubel). (02/47)
99-141. unknown. (47/47)

+ (halved) unknown number and identity of trainees

(According too chapter 107: All of the rank 10's were specialized in Yoki Manipulation of the mind, as that enabled them to be specialized in killing other Claymores and possibly Awakeneds as well, as the Organization's "ace or trump card")

Rosemary's "Era". (4/14)

142. Rosemary. rank 1. (1/47)
143. *MAYBE* Agatha. rank 02. (02/47)
143-181. unknown. (??/47)
99-141. unknown amount carry over from the half that remained from Luciela's "Era". (??/47)
99-141 and 143-181. (47/47)

+ trainees Teresa, Irene, Sophia, Noel, and Elda + *MAYBE* trainees Alicia+Beth + unknown number and identity of trainees

(According too chapter 107: All of the rank 10's were specialized in Yoki Manipulation of the mind, as that enabled them to be specialized in killing other Claymores and possibly Awakeneds as well, as the Organization's "ace or trump card")

Teresa's "Era". (5/14)

182. Teresa. 182nd warrior/generation and 77th class. rank 01. (01/47)
142. Rosemary. rank 01 -> rank 02 -> Awakened -> Deceased. (02/47)
183. Irene. rank 02 -> rank 3. (02/47)
184. Sophia. rank 03 -> rank 4. (03/47)
185. Noel. rank 04 -> rank 5. (04/47)
186. Elda. rank 05 -> rank 6. (05/47)
187. Priscilla. rank 02. (06/47)
188-228. unknown. (47/47)

+ trainees Alicia and Beth + trainee Priscilla + trainees of *maybe* some whom would become Claymores in the next "Era", Clare's "Era", like Galatea and others (but NOT Ophelia) + unknown number and identity of trainees

(According too chapter 107: All of the rank 10's were specialized in Yoki Manipulation of the mind, as that enabled them to be specialized in killing other Claymores and possibly Awakeneds as well, as the Organization's "ace or trump card")

********
The unknown Claymore who saved Clare from the NY that killed her family (thanks jamie for reminding me of her!!)
********

Clare's "Era". (6/14)

(the former single digit female AB in Gonal / Gonahl that Ophelia kills, *could possibly* be rank 05/06 Elda from the previous "Era", Teresa's "Era")

229. Alicia. rank 01. (01/47)
230. Beth. "rank 02", but since sisters, probably is and seems to be equal in power to Alicia from their battle against Priscilla, just like Rafaela was at least equal with her sister Luciela (according to Rubel). (02/47)
231. Galatea. rank 03. (03/47)
232. Ophelia. rank 04. (04/47)
98. Rafaela. "rank 05" remember that long ago she was a "rank 02", but since sisters, was/is at least equal in power to Luciela (according to Rubel). (05/47)
233. Hilda. rank 06 -> Awakened -> Deceased. (06/47)
234. Miria. rank 17 -> 08 -> 06. (06/47)
235. Eva. rank 07. (07/47)
236. Flora. rank 08. (08/47)
237. Jean. rank 09. (09/47)
238. Undine. rank 11. (10/47)
239. Veronica. rank 13. (11/47)
240. Cynthia. rank 14. (12/47)
241. Deneve. rank 15 (according to some one else whom I'm assuming is right), otherwise, or rank 19. (13/47)
242. Eliza. rank 17. (14/47)
243. Lily. rank 18. (15/47)
244. Cuinee. rank 20. (16/47)
245. Helen. rank 22. (17/47)
246. Zeruda. rank 24. (18/47)
247. Amelia. rank 27. (19/47)
248. Wendy. rank 30. (20/47)
249. Tabatha. rank 31. (21/47)
250. Katea. rank 32. (22/47)
251. Pamela. rank 35. (23/47)
252. Claudia. rank 36. (24/47)
253. Natalie. rank 37. (25/47)
254. Carla. rank 39. (26/47)
255. Yuma. rank 40. (27/47)
256. Matilda. rank 41. (28/47)
257. Juliana. rank 43. (29/47)
258. Diana. rank 44. (30/47)
259. Clare. rank 47. Became an active-official Claymore before Elena, but due to being only 1/4 yoma she was able to resist the awakening effects of high level yoki use, unlike Elena a normal 2/4 yoma Claymore. (31/47)
260. Elena. rank ??. Became an active-official Claymore after Clare, but due to being weak she had to use more and more yoki, until she hit 80% and started to awaken. (32/47)

*It would have been helpful/interesting to know if Clare was more powerful then Elena, if they were ~ equal in power, or if Elena might have actually been more powerful then Clare.

(These below became active-official Claymores before Clare and Elena so their left-most number is wrong, but since their ranks are unknown I can't place them above Clare and Elena)

261. Raquel. rank ??. (33/47)
262. Kate. rank ??. (34/47)
263. Lucia. rank ??. (35/47)
264-275. unknown. (47/47)

"Undine's Friend" - I forgot about her

+ trainee Clare + trainee Elena + trainee Ophelia+ unknown (but at least 10 as we see in Clare's flashback scene as a trainee) number and identity of trainees

(According too chapter 107: All of the rank 10's were specialized in Yoki Manipulation of the mind, as that enabled them to be specialized in killing other Claymores and possibly Awakeneds as well, as the Organization's "ace or trump card")

Clarice's "Era". (7/14)

(~half of the Claymores, the "non-troublesome" ones, survived/stayed from the previous "Era" into this one)

229. Alicia. rank 01. (01/47)
230. Beth. "rank 02", but since sisters, probably is and seems to be equal in power to Alicia from their battle against Priscilla, just like Rafaela was at least equal with her sister Luciela (according to Rubel). (02/47)
276. Audrey. rank 03. (03/47)
277. Miata. "rank 04", she is a rank 01 in power, but due to her issues, is put at rank 04. (04/47)
278. Rachel. rank 05. (05/47)
279. Renee. rank 06. (06/47)
280. Anastasia. rank 07. (07/47)
281. Dietrich. rank 08. (08/47)
282. Nina. rank 09. (09/47)
283. Raftela. rank 10. (10/47)
284. (exists/mentioned, but unnamed). rank 14. (11/47)
285. Nike. rank 15. (12/47)
286. (exists/mentioned, but unnamed). rank 28. (13/47)
287. (exists/mentioned, but unnamed). rank 35. (14/47)
288. (exists/mentioned, but unnamed). rank 42. (15/47)
289. Clarice. rank 47. (16/47)
290. Keira. rank 31 or 38. (17/47)
291. Phina. rank 31 or 38. (18/47)
292-321. unknown. (47/47)

+ the 7 Ghosts (Miria, Cynthia, Deneve, Helen, Tabatha, Yuma, and Clare) from Clare's Era

+ Galatea from Clare's Era

+ trainee new Awakened Twins (presumably these two were going to be the replacements/heirs for Alicia+Beth. Though as we know, Alicia+Beth have already died due to Priscilla and the Destroyer, hehe)

(According too chapter 107: All of the rank 10's were specialized in Yoki Manipulation of the mind, as that enabled them to be specialized in killing other Claymores and possibly Awakeneds as well, as the Organization's "ace or trump card")

(It is unknown how long Raftela has been a rank 10. She might have been the rank 10 in Clare's Era, or possibly even further back as well. We don't know for sure, if there's been many rank 10's or if Raftela actually goes all the way back to Riful's Era. Also, if there's been many rank 10's and they have always remained secretly imprisoned/hidden inside the Org HQs unknown to all other Claymores, then how'd they die, or did they die? Are there many rank 10's alive at the Org HQs?)

------

These 7 new Eras had to be before Clare's Era, but otherwise their chronology is unknown (except that we know that Cassandra's Era -> Roxanne's Era).

Cassandra's Era (8/14):

322. Cassandra the Dust Eater. rank 1. (1/47)
323. (unnamed). rank 2. (2/47)

Hysteria's Era (10/14):

333. Heavy-Bladed Chloe. rank 1. (1/47)

Sistina's Era (14/14):

334. Sistina the Divine Oracle. rank 1. (1/47)

Black Coats (BCs)

(~10 BCs, which unfortunately I can't identify very well, can be seen near to their arrival upon the island in the forest secluded town to the SW of Org HQ's/Staff town, that Miria found in the Organization Annuals, the towns people whom had never seen yomas before... is this saying that the BCs are "yoma"/non-human or merely that the Organization hadn't started its creation of yoma or the yoma haven't attacked this town yet? possible dun dun dun, hehe)

(I can't tell which two BCs has connections with Alicia+Beth)

1. Rubel. "The Black Spider". Supposedly a spy for the other side with dragons. Was NOT executed despite having been caught lying by Rimuto about the Clare+Ophelia+former single digit female AB incident, saying that there's no way that Clare could be alive, nor especially kill Claymore Ophelia, nor even especially AB Ophelia. Though, maybe Rubel was just to valuable to kill, much like Galatea whom was also caught lying about Clare+Jean being dead after the witches maw encounter with Riful+Dauf (though I'm sure Rubel negiotated Galatea's escape from execution as well), or maybe he's the REAL leader of the Organization. Has connections with the POWER PLAYERS: Rafaela (rank 1 in power according to Rubel, is the Organization/Rubel 's Assassin, and is the oldest surviving Claymore), Miria (leadership, team coordinator, and tactician), Galatea (God-Eye), Clare (Special/Experiemental, aka has Teresa's flesh inside her), and ~the Destroyer (weapon of destruction). (I think Rubel is actually the REAL leader)

2. Rimuto/Master Limt. Leader. (I think he is a fake leader, with Rubel being the REAL leader, and NOT actually a spy for the other side with dragons)

3. Ermita. "Wily Fox". Has connections with Miria and Galatea.

4. Orsay. Has connections with Teresa and *MAYBE* Alicia+Beth.

5. Rado. Has connections with Clarice (I need to go back and make sure), *MAYBE* trainee Teresa, and *MAYBE* Alicia+Beth.

6. Dae. Possibly the chief/head scientist or only scientist whom makes all the non-human beings. Has connections with ~Raki and interest in the Destroyer and its Fragments.

7. unnamed. has seemingly white hair and was around during Luciela's "Era".

8. unnamed. around during Luciela's "Era".

9. unknown. (I think this is 1/3 more BCs that exist)

10. unknown. (I think this is 2/3 more BCs that exist)

11. unknown. (I think this is 3/3 more BCs that exist)

12. many more BCs

13-??. Dae's retrieval unit BCs. (I didn't count how many can be seen, so I don't know how many, sorry. Maybe I'll not be lazy and sometime go count them)

+ *MAYBE* the slave traders. (they might be Organization staff or merely normal humans simply doing business with the Organization)

Some/Significant Humans

1. Raki. (Doga home)
2. Cid. (Rabona military)
3. Galk. (Rabona military)
4. Father Vincent. + others. (Rabona clergy)
5. Rig. (Bandit)
6. Ophelia's brother.
7. Clare's brother + parents.
8. Clare.
9. boy and girl (possibly young human Dietrich).
10. the (presumably) humans that young human Teresa trusted most whom had betrayed her
11. Priscilla's family.
12. Zaki (Raki's brother).
13. the slave traders. (they might be Organization staff or merely normal humans doing business with the Organization)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Still To DO and/or Unaccounted Characters:

1. normal yomas. (need to try to count them all up, lol)
2. Miria had prior ~7 AB hunts. (+7 ABs to "place")
3. Deneve had prior ~3 AB hunts. (+3 ABs to "place")
4. female AB. in gonal ruins. vs Clare, Ophelia, and "Raki", lol. former single digit Claymore. could be rank 5/6 Elda from Teresa's "Era". (+1 Claymore to "place")
5. female AB. in Lacroa town. vs Clare, Cynthia, and Yuma. (+1 Claymore to "place")
6. Agatha (rank 2). in Rabona holy city. vs Galatea, Miata, Clarice, humans (lol), and the 7 Ghosts. (+1 Claymore to "place". don't know where she goes/is to be "placed")
7. any more I'm missing?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

**EXTRA STUFF**

Official AOs:

Isley, Riful, and Luciela

HK's Unofficial AOs:

Isley, Riful, Luciela, (VERY brief, lol) Rosemary, Priscilla, (VERY brief, lol, if you don't count Soul Link) Alicia, (VERY brief, lol, if you don't count Soul Link) Beth, and the Destroyer

Official rank 1's:

Isley, Riful, Luciela, Rosemary, Teresa, and Alicia.

HK's Unofficial rank 1's:

Isley, Riful, Luciela, Rafaela, Rosemary, Teresa, Priscilla, Alicia, Beth, and Miata.

Official HAs:

(according to Rubel, he first discovered HAs, in/from/with HA Miria, and that the Organization still doesn't yet know about the existence of HAs)

Miria, Deneve, Helen, Clare, and (briefly) Jean

HK's HA speculative consideration:

Teresa and unknown amount of others (How many Claymores or possible HAs was/had Rafaela assassinating/assassinated?)

*MAYBE* Rafaela

"Yoki Suppression":

all Claymores can suppress their yoki to varying degrees towards 0%. But to "fully" suppress the yoki from ever being detected by anyone (except trainee Teresa, lol), either the pills are required or through natural means (see below).

Natural means of "Full Yoki Suppression":

1. having NEVER used/released yoki ever (or maybe hardly ever and not by that much too)
OR
2. having not used/released yoki over a long time (years)

the Claymores that have gained Natural "Full Yoki Suppression":

1. Rafaela due to years of not ever using/releasing yoki during her time in banishment/exile.
2. Teresa due to never needing to use any yoki (until she engaged with 70-79% yoki using/releasing Priscilla) and hardly ever did use yoki (except when she had the opportunitity to do so, to have "fun" and "practice" with just 10% of her yoki against Awakened rank 1 AO Rosemary). Though, Teresa also had a reason to not use her yoki as well, Teresa wanted (and succeeded) to keep her actual power secret from the Organization.
3. Claymore Priscilla due to never needing to use any yoki and (probably) NEVER did (until she engaged with 0% yoki using/releasing Teresa).
4. AO/Awakened Priscilla due to her time of "child regression" she never or hardly ever used/released her yoki.
5. Irene due to years of not ever using/releasing yoki during her time in secluded hiding after she was nearly killed by Awakened Priscilla.
6. the 7 Ghosts (Miria, Cynthia, Deneve, Helen, Tabatha, Yuma, and Clare) due to years of not ever using/releasing yoki during their time in hiding/training after the Pieta battle.

(I'm not sure about Galatea. She might have not needed to hide/suppress her yoki, and thus might not done so, because she is the "God Eye". As the "God Eye", she'll detect any Claymore long before they can detect her. This is why Miata was needed/used. Miata could take the pills to suppress her yoki, and then use, and did use, her super smell ability to track down Galatea)

Who've lost or still have their Natural "Full Yoki Suppression":

(Manga has now confirmed, I was 100% correct, only Tabatha still had her NYS)

1. Rafaela. Lost it. When she tried to do her "Revival Link" after just killing her sister, Luciela, she used/released (presumably) both her yoki and her sister's yoki, which she had been storing/suppressing all this time as well as her own
2. Teresa. Lost it. Released/Used only 10% yoki before she was then decapitated.
3. Claymore Priscilla. Lost it. When she battled Teresa, she used/released her yoki, and ended up Awakening as well.
4. AO/Awakened Priscilla. Lost it. During or right after her time in Ticheri with Raki AFTER the big projectiles struct the town, or during her fight with Beth or (definately) Alicia+Beth. (Clare sensed Priscilla's yoki use/release amidst all the yokis, but couldn't identify it until Priscilla was approaching her at the end pages of chapter 99)
5. Irene. Lost it. Due to using her Quick Sword to save Clare from Ophelia, and in the subsequent Quick Sword training with/for Clare. This allowed Rafaela to finally detect Irene and (probably) kill(ed) Irene.
6A. Miria. lost it. Released her Yoki to use her Phantom Step ability against the trainee Awakening Twins in chapter 107.
6B. Cynthia. Lost it. She's out of yoki, unable to heal and regenerate herself, and is dying. She DID manage to protect Yuma from any damage/injury from impaled/infected Awakened/AO Beth.
6C. Deneve. Lost it. She released/used her yoki against Isley.
6D. Helen. Lost it. She released/used her yoki against Isley.
6E. Tabatha. Still has it.
6F. Yuma. Lost it. She used/released her yoki to try to save Cynthia's life.
6G. Clare. Lost it. When she used her Quick Sword against the weird Rafaela/Destroyer image in the weird mind/dream or illusionary world. Both Helen and Priscilla however felt Clare's use/release of yoki.

I. Miria's Teams' Roster for the Pieta Battle

a. Originally Isley had 30 ABs+Rigardo, but remember that just prior to the actual pieta battle, Isley sent 3 ABs to test the 24 Claymores in pieta, knowing that these 3 ABs would (and did) attack the 24 Claymores. these 3 ABs were killed, causing no casualities/deaths to the 24 claymores in pieta

b. Claymore army of 24 vs Rigardo and 27 male awakened beings.

i.Miria rank 6, (1/24)

(1)Cuinee rank 20, (2/24)
(2)Tabatha rank 31, (3/24)
(3)Yuma rank 40, (4/24)

ii.Flora rank 8, (5/24)

(1)Lily rank 18, (6/24)
(2)Wendy rank 30, (7/24)
(3)Carla rank 39, (8/24)
(4)Clare rank 47, (9/24)

iii.Jean rank 9, (10/24)

(1)Eliza rank 17, (11/24)
(2)Amelia rank 27, (12/24)
(3)Natalie rank 37, (13/24)
(4)Diana rank 44, (14/24)

iv.Undine rank 11, (15/24)

(1)Deneve rank 15 or 19, (16/24)
(2)Zeruda rank 24, (17/24)
(3)Claudia rank 36, (18/24)
(4)Juliana rank 43, (19/24)

v.Veronica rank 13, (20/24)

(1)Cynthia rank 14, (21/24)
(2)Helen rank 22, (22/24)
(3)Pamela rank 35, (23/24)
(4)Matilda rank 41, (24/24)

c. 7 Claymores survive and 23 male awakened beings survive the pieta battle

d. The 23 surviving male ABs then split up after the pieta battle

11 of them attack the Org HQs in the east and all get killed by Alicia. These 11 killed ABs become the flesh for the first 11 AFs/AEs/"Demons", whom will hunt Isley.

The other 12 ABs attack Riful in the west. Riful+Dauf kill all 12 of them. Riful+Dauf then rush to the south to ally with Luciela, but Isley beat them there, preventing Riful from allying with Luciela against him.
Claymores:

ranks 1-5 can SOLO ALL ABs (except ranks 2-5 ABs and rank 1 AOs, well rank 3 Galatea could not defeat rank 3 AB Dauf. Now rank S Teresa with No YR could pwn rank 1 AO Rosemary, hehe)

ranks 6-13 (using the Pieta Battle's teams) are powerful enough to be made the leaders of AB Hunting Squads, but are NOT powerful enough to kill at least stronger (~ ranks 2-24) ABs on their own, hence why they're in an AB Hunting team, as the leader. We don't know if ranks 6-13 can kill the weaker (~ ranks 25-47) ABs on their own or not.

ranks 14-29 are part of AB Hunting teams.

ranks 30-47 normally are NEVER given/on AB Hunting missions.

ranks 40-47 struggle merely against a group (~ 3-5) of NYs.

Trainees have to be able to kill a NY, in order to be made into a ranked Claymore and who's then given missions to do as an official/active Claymore.

well, I can add this for you:

the 24 Claymores that were ordered to Pieta were the "troublesome and expendable" Claymores. So, while rank 12 should have been there along with rank 13 Veronica, she wasn't troublesome and/or might have been too valuable to lose.

there's only 19 total Claymores who survived Clare's Era and are still alive in Clarice's Era, and 6 of them are the Ghosts and 1 of them is Galatea. So that means only 12 unknown Claymores survived Clare's Era and are still alive in Clarice's Era, and thus these 12 unknown Claymores were obviously not sent to Pieta.

The Claymore Scribe
Ch 125:

So Priscilla's Yoki and/or the Destroyer's Fragments causes a lingering image of Priscilla after Hysteria's (or is it Roxanne's?) death... and Raki doesn't seem to have run away with the Trainees, lol.

At least that's what I got out of my quick-brief scan of it... As I still need to read the previous chapter first, before I read this one, lol.

Wow, HK gloats, Cassandra killed both Roxanne and Hysteria, which HK had predicted, both that Cassandra was the most powerful and that she'd pwn both Hysteria and Roxanne, *grins*. Having killed Roxanne... Cassandra... just walks away... lol)

Also, WTF, with the image of Priscilla... holding up her hand and using her Yoki Aura-Pressure to blow-push Miria away, lol.

Also... we know now where Hysteria's Era goes in the Time Line:

Rosemary was only rank 4 during Hysteria's Era, who made the final strike to Hysteria on Rockwell Hill, however it was a nearly ranked single digit who smiled faintly and grinned, who had delivered the fatal strike to Hysteria... who is this... Teresa or Priscilla? It can't be Priscilla... is it Teresa then? Can it be Teresa? Or is it someone else entirely?

Single Digit-Rank Teresa fatally strikes Rank 1 Hysteria, but Rank 4 Rosemary gets the final strike, so she is promoted to Rank 1. Then, at some point the Org promotes Teresa to Rank 1, and Rosemary is demoted to Rank 2. Rosemary is infuriated and Awakens, into an AO, and sends her black card to Orsay, who gives it to Teresa. So, Teresa kills AO Rosemary. Rubel shows Rank 2 Irene to Priscilla, and she sees that Priscilla is superior to her, yielding her rank to Priscilla, making Priscilla the new Rank 2, and Irene now as Rank 3, Sophia now as Rank 4, Noel now as Rank 5, and Elda now as Rank 6. And we know the rest. Is this correct that it is Teresa? If not Teresa, then it couldn't be Priscilla, so then who is it, someone we know or someone we don't know (who also smiles faintly) ??

01. Isley
02. Riful
03. Licht
04. Chloe
05. Sistina
06. Cassandra
07. Roxanne
08. Luciela
09. Hysteria
10. Rosemary
11. Teresa
12. Lutecia
13. Clare (Alicia)
14. Clarice (Alicia)

15. Abyss Feeders and Revived Rank 1 Claymores

--------------

Isley is the male Era, and thus is the 1st Era

Riful is the first Era of females, and thus is the 2nd Era

We don't know exactly when Luciela's Era was-is in the time line, however, it should be near to but before Teresa's Era (due to Exiled-Banished Rafaela meeting Trainee Teresa) and has to be also before Hysteria's Era (as Rosemary was only a Rank 4 and possibly Teresa was only a single digit-rank both in Hysteria's Era), unless it was Luciela who delivered the fatal strike to Hysteria, and not Teresa. I believe that Luciela's Era had to come after Roxanne's Era (as-due to Roxanne being uber at Yoki Synchronization, which-whom was the forerunner to Luciela+Rafaela+Soul Link).

We have no idea where Licht, Chloe, Sistina, and Lutecia go in the timeline

We know that Roxanne's Era came right after Cassandra's Era (due to Roxanne killing Cassandra), but we don't know where-when both Eras belong in the time line. We do know that Hysteria doesn't know either of them, so this suggests-means that they must be separated away from Hysteria's Era.

We know that Hysteria's Era was before Rosemary's Era, and is likely immediately following Hysteria's Era, as Rank 4 Rosemary did deliver the final strike to Rank 1 Hysteria on Rockwell Hill (and thus the actual Claymore, a single digit-rank and "smiling faintly", who delivered the fatal strike to Rank 1 Hysteria was kept secret from the Org, allowing Rosemary to become the new Rank 1 instead - maybe). Also, Miria says that everyone knows about Rockwell Hill (Hysteria's death scene), which suggests, it has to be not that far back in time, as the Org suppresses its past, and the further back into the past, the more (easily) supressed it is from their Claymores. This had fit well with placing Hysteria's Era between Teresa's and Clare's, but ch 125 has now ruined that, argh! Also, if everyone knows about Rockwell Hill, which was further back than Teresa's Era, then that would mean "everyone would know about Teresa's Era too", but this doesn't seem to be the case, so it's quite problematic, grr.

We know that Rosemary's Era was immediately before Teresa's Era

We know that Teresa's Era was immediately after Rosemary's Era, and it is possible that Teresa's Era is the 11th Era.

We know that Clare's Era came after Teresa's, either immediately after, or maybe there could have been an Era between Teresa's and Clare's.

We know that Clarice's Era came immediately after Clare's Era.

I posted this a month or two ago on the Claymore forum for onemanga, but I didn't get much attention drawn to it. I don't need alot of validation, but the opportunity to discuss this may very soon be moot since it's likely that character introductions are due in the the next few months. This was an effort to track certain background characters and by doing so add some personality and definition to them. I will copy & paste my original post, & a follow up post, from here.

There are several people who have expressed that the warriors in the background are hard to distinguish (understandably.) One of the things that sets Claymore above all other manga for me is that I actually care enough to track them down.

This post will detail several unnamed warriors that I think will eventually survive & be named in the future. There are some noteworthy warriors I wont mention right away, and the warriors that I do mention will be present in more frames than I reference.

The chapter & page numbers that I do reference will refer to MangaAccess.com which is what I'm using as a reference to make this thread.

I will be identifying warriors by symbol and/or hairstyle. (sometimes admittedly without complete certainty) I will describe the symbols since I can't, or don't know how to, replicate the images. & I will give a chapter & page where they can be clearly viewed (when possible.)

Starting with the warrior (& her group that was caught off-guard while searching for Renee,) that we can deduce the most about;
#14
Number 14 (she states as much in chapter 83)
Symbol (The midline is crossed by a single horizontal line that has 2 diagonal angles projecting out from the ends. ((>-I-<))) ch 114 pg 9
Hair Short feathered hair, shorter in the front, longer (but not long) in the back
She gives her number while confronting Uma in chapter 83. She leaves a strong impression that she is the leader of that group, hence the other two must have numbers higher than 14. She then reappears in chapter 114 and is frequently distinguishable in the background. I'll call her "#14" till she is named.
14.2
Symbol (The midline is covered by a circle. Possibly identical to Ophelia's symbol, possibly with a horizontal bar through the circle.) ch 114 pg 19
Hairstyle (Very short, tussled hair. In fact it's so short and defined that she is one of the easiest warriors to identify)
She gets a few lines in before Uma makes her sleep (the hard way,) ch 83 pg 15, and is frequently a character that can be picked out in large group panels in the organization battles. I'll call her "14.2" till she is named.
14.3
Symbol (The midline has a horizontal plane, and two upward diagonals. It looks like an asterisk with the lower two diagonals removed.) ch 83 pg 16
Hairstyle (Her hair is mid-length & swept forward, were it that she were at rest it would not be hard to identify...)
Alas she is rarely at rest in the organization battles so far. Her hair is tossed about on the ground or through the air & her symbol is not clearly visible. I have several instances where I'm pretty sure it's her, but I cannot positively confirm. I'll call her "14.3" till she is named.

The next group of nameless warriors I feel are important are the two that accompanied Clarice and Nina on that awakened hunt. We can deduce a bit about them. Nina's group was ordered to be replaced by Anastasia's group to increase the north's battle power. Therefore we can bet that they had rankings higher than #15 Nike, and one possibly higher, and the other lower than #31 Phina.
N1
Symbol (Never saw one)
Hairstyle (Short upward swoop. Very easy too pick out, aside from Rachel no other warrior wears her hair "up.")
She gets a few lines & is the one warrior that acts civilly toward Clarice. Later in the organization battles she appears fairly frequently in the back ground. I'll call her "N1" (N for Nina) till she is named.
N2
Symbol (Never saw one)
Hairstyle (Bowl with two textures, longer on top, short on her occipital neck.)
Aside from Kiera, no other warrior is sporting a bowl, and that two-texture look makes her easy to pick out. She often appears in the same frame as Nina. I'll call her "N2" till she is named.

Audrey and Rachel's party was assessed by Tabitha to have the greatest Yoki of the warriors in her range, including the two unnamed. One of which I think I can trace. If so her rank might be around the 20's.
A1
Symbol (The midline is covered by an incomplete box. The upper horizontal line does not connect with the midline) ch 114 pg 1
Hairstyle (short, between eye & jaw length, with a center part)
I'm pretty sure she is standing behind Rachel in chapter 69 pg 8. The hair looks right, the symbol is hard to see perfectly. I'll call her "A1" till she is named. In ch 121 pg 21 I'm much more confident that she appears again. This time impaled by Hysteria, which brings us to our next warrior....

The other warrior impaled by Hysteria on that same page. This warrior is a member of the last group I want to define. They are the warriors that faked Miria's death & are therefore very significant, since they basically did so in unison without overtly communicating.
FK2
Symbol (Two horizontal bars cross her midline, the lower of the two has a diagonal leaning down & away from the midline.) ch 114 pg 9.
Hairstyle (Very long straight hair with bangs curving over her forehead) Very easy to pick out.
This warrior appears alot. She appears in ch 119, ch 113, ch 115 & ch 121, & I'm probably missing a few because she's everywhere & I stopped looking. It's impossible to think Yagi has drawn her so frequently without thinking up her backstory a bit. She also appears fighting the abyssal feeders after Miria orders the weaker warriors back, strongly implying to me that she has a ranking in the teens. Being involved in the Hysteria fight & being involved in the faux-killing of Miria also bolsters the notion that she is at least important to Yagi, even if not certainly high ranked. I doubt that she could be the long haired warrior in Dietrich's party. I'll call her "FK2," FK for Faux-Killer, till she is named.
FK1
Symbol (The midline has two crescents facing away from the midline and on a short horizontal bar) ch 113 pg 21
Hairstyle (Mid length feathered hair with bangs)
It's the Narrator! She is the one who narrates the "her body was like a phantom" speech. No doubt at all she is important. She isn't that hard to pick out if you look for the bangs, but she does blend in to the large crowds. I have no doubt at all that as the narrator & as a participant in the faux-killing of Miria that she will get named eventually. I'll call her "FK1" till she is named.
FK3
Symbol (The midline has a single horizontal line that has an upward vertical perpendicular at each end, and a short diagonal going down and out midway between the midline and the perpendicular) ch 114 pg 23
Hairstyle (Long wavy hair.)
She is one of two that have long wavy hair. Unless you can see their symbols, they are hard to distinguish. By looking at and comparing the armor of the two, this one was also most likely the girl in Dietrich's party ch 85 pg 7 & the Miria faux-killer ch 113 pg 21 & 22. Therefore I think she is more likely to be named, & then ranked below 30 according to Deneve. I'll call her "FK3" till she is named. The other long wavy haired warrior has a symbol that is definable in ch 114 pg 6, and is probably in the center of the scene on ch 116 pg 3 where a long wavy haired warrior with what appears to be a different armor type is. Two different warriors, easy to get confused.
FK4
Symbol (The midline is crossed in the center by a single horizontal bar, and then twice more by bars bent so they radiate, one above, one below the horizontal. It looks like a bug, or an asterisk that had its diagonals stretched away from the horizontal) ch 114 pg 1
Hairstyle (Short half-eye straight hair, possibly an A-line)
Her hair covers half her face when she is at rest, which isn't often. She does appear several times & I'm reasonably confident, although not totally sure that she also participated in the faux-killing of Miria. I'll call her "FK4" till she is named.
FK5
Symbol (The midline is crossed by a 'v' at the angle, at the tips of the v there is a brief horizontal ending in long vertical lines that may be parallel to the midline.)ch 113 pg 12.
Hairstyle (She has long straight hair with poofy bangs. Her hair appears to be pinned back by clips or an unseen devise. Not a pony tail, not free hanging, definitely pulled back. The poofy bangs however are a tell-tail marker never the less.)
I've been back & forth on whether to include her in the list, & whether to include her as an "FK" or not. I've decided too because she gets drawn more than some of the other warriors I've defined, & she fills the role of the missing long straight haired girl on ch 113 page 22. We can now say that these girls in that top panel on that page hacking away at Miria are from left to right FK4,->FK2 or 5 ->FK1->FK2 or 5 & FK3. I'm not sure it's really her, but since she seems important I'll say it is for now. It allows me to write a fun follow up post to include the girl who I've been calling "poof bangs" but will now define as "FK5" till she is named. Fun fact, I'm almost 100% certain that it's her sword that Miria puts in & Nike takes out of Hysteria's neck.

There are a few other nameless warriors that can be defined by a symbol &/or a hairstyle, but these ones I think are noteworthy & more likely to survive & get named. The twins of course are nameless but very likely to be named in the future.

Now, if you have some free-time, we can play a little game to see if we can make an old Claymore chapter or two a little more meaningful & maybe give a little more for you to look forward to.

If you have time to kill;
Open chapter 113 page 26.

There are 16 warriors on this page. Of the current generations 47 at the time of that image, there are 3 dead or missing warriors, & 8 defected (not onsene at the organization) from the current generation. Meaning there are only 21 warriors left unaccounted for, (we have more than half.) It've very likely that the missing 21 are really just fodder, & will be declared dead. There are other warriors in the background shots, but they tend to be more generic than the 15 (not counting Miria) on that page.

We can name all but 6 of the 16 warriors on chapter 113 pg 26;
From left to right; Audrey (we know what her face looks like), N2 (Two tone bowl haircut), FK2 (clearly), Ukn, FK5 (clearly), Nina (Only ponytail on this battle field), Ukn, Ukn, Miria (duh), #14 (we know what her face looks like), FK3 (clearly), Rachel (unique spiky hair), Ukn, FK1 (clearly), Ukn, Ukn.
Meaning that its a mural of Miria in the moment her death is revealed to be a fake, & the 4 persons closest to her and drawn the most prominently are 2 confirmed and 2 suspected of being direct conspirators in Miria's faux-killing. And all three single digits are present too.

HK

Awesome! If only we could get more identification (Rank and/or Name, lol). Also, do you know "who" (as in other chapter and page numbers that they are seen on and/or what groups they're in) the 2 confirmed and 2 suspected of the faked killing of Miria?

Excellent, I saw this, and that's why I invited you, a fellow Claymore-dedicated researcher, as I'd love to work with you, hehe. :D It's not easy to find people this dedicated, sighs.

---------

I have a little difficulty following your post-content, so maybe you wouldn't mind explaining some things, so I could work with you on it (I'm not able to do identifying via the pics though, too hard, and my eyes are bad, and zooming usually doesn't help to much either).

------

from my own content in my post(s) above:

Clarice's Era:

286. (exists/mentioned, but unnamed). rank 28. Dietrich's Group (13/47)
287. (exists/mentioned, but unnamed). rank 35. Dietrich's Group (14/47)
288. (exists/mentioned, but unnamed). rank 42. Dietrich's Group (15/47)

unfortunately, I didn't document where I found these, grr. But, maybe you can figure them out-match them up, with your work. If I have time, I'd like to go back through and keep researching Claymore, but it's impossible to do while I got school work, sighs. Real Life Calls... unfortunately.

nvm... I just consulted my on-computer massive note file, lol...

they're the team members of Dietrich's group, saved by Deneve+Helen, in the Lake male AB battle, right before the AFs (introduction) and Isley battles. :D After the Agatha battle, the warriors go there different ways. Clare to the Western Land (Luatrec) with Cynthia+Yuma to look for Raki, stopping first at Lacroa town, where we see some Yuma pwnage of rank 14, hehe. And Deneve+Helen head to the Southern Land (Mucha) to get revenge on Isley for the 17 dead Claymores from the Pieta Battle, but they lie to Miria saying they want to visit their hometowns, hehe. On there way, they meet Dietrich, and learn of Isley's location... but there's also the AFs who're hunting Isley...

Hey, i was just about to ask you about those exact warriors. Where are you seeing those? I've never noted them myself. They may be referring to the Nina Group or the Renee search party, but that there are 3 or them makes that tougher. Maybe they were in the organizations report about Dietrichs party, that would make more sense. I think it was a party of 5 including Dietrich.

I made a note of a chapter & page for "FK3" that leads to Dietrichs party, the organization's report about missing Dietrich should come after that. Check there & let me know if thats where you found those #s.

I too have stuff i'm supposed to be researching instead of this.

FF3's armor & hair matches the Dietrich Warrior that had long hair & was knocked out & belly up, she could be any of those 3. 28, 35 or 42. It's also consistent with waht Deneve said about them while observing.

The 3 of them (28, 35, 42) are from Dietrich's group

I again edited-added in more content to my previous post, I don't know the exact chapter number, nor what chapter where it tells their ranks, but they are Dietrich's 3 team members.

BTW, I may have screwed up FK4 with one other warrior that I have not defined. Cross checking the armor type leads me to believe that I may have made a misdiagnosis about which of two warriors was closely involved in Miria's fake death.

No I just call #14 "#14."

The only one I can determine by # is #14.

FK2 is certainly a big player though, She gets drawn in the organization battles more than the single digits. She gets a few lines in, but #14 has super short hair & FK2 has really long hair.

FK2 is almost certainly in the teens since she is seen fighting AF's after Miria orders weaker warriors back. A1 is almost certainly ranked above 30 since she was in the Audry Rachel hunt-&-be-hunted party. Also they were collectively the two warriors shown alive & kicking after the 3 un-dead's initial attack, & later impaled by awakened Hysteria as her first choice of food. So I can tell you they are both on the strong side with some certainty, but I can only guess at #'s for now.

The Nina group was collectively weaker than the known numbers in the Anastasia group, so neither of the two can be determined to be stronger than #15 Nike. That's about all i've got for that group.

I cant even narrow down anyone else.

Hege I have been going over the Teresa execution attempt scene
but am not ready to reply on that yet. In the meantime I want to
throw something similar into the forum mix.

Anastasia's statement in chapter 112 about page 27 "I saw the
tragedy of Pieta with my own eyes." generated a lot of speculative
discussion. Here is my best guess as present. We have seen both
Teresa and Clare younger and smaller while in training in the back
stories. In Clare's case the last back story after chapter 77, and in
Teresa's case in the third part of Kindred in Paradise, chapter 64.
Both are shown still in early adolescence. The yoma put into these
girls that freezes their aging process must take effect slowly until
they become young women. Everything in the second post Pieta
arc is seven years later. Logically when Anastasia entered training
and also Dietrich, they were both physically younger and smaller.
Again, Yagi does not draw things by whim or accident. There is a
candidate, who as an adolescent young girl saw the first combat
in Pieta with the three awakened "scouts". She is the adolescent
girl rescued by Miria when the first awakened scout bursts into
Pieta. The man and woman slaughtered just before she is seized
were probably her parents, making her a candidate for the
organziation.

This is in chapter 52 about pages 13-15 in the scan. We only see
her face on once when she is sitting beside Miria. The jaw, the
forward pulled bangs, and the eyebrows (page 15) match up with
the face on Anastasia chapter 112 page 29. Both have the same
penchant for forward pulled locks. the difference besides the yoma
caused hair and eye color change is the more adult care to the hair
and makeup.

Cassandra's friend in chapter 119 looks a bit like Cynthia, but lest
there be confusion over a past identity match, let me point to the
one and only time that Cynthia's emblem is clearly seen on her under
shirt. Early in chapter 51 when Miria is assigning team members at
Pieta, in a bottom right hand panel we have:

Miria......."Number 14 Cynthia"
Cynthia..."Here"
Miria......."You're on number 13, Veronica's team."
"Cynthia..."Yes"

Cynthia's emblem is an almost straight forward cross with slight
upward curves on the ends of the cross bar. Cassandra's friend has
an emblem with vertical bars at the end of her cross, also the top of
her emblen has a star or flower like appearance of which I am not
sure, at this time. See chapter 119 about scan page 16 bottom left
panel.

However, Cynthia is now not dresed as she was in her warrior days,
but in a solid black outfit, without an emblem.

Yagi is so totally unpredictable the following may not occur, but there
is the potential for a replay by Rafutela, number 10, of the Miria/Hilda
mirage. For those needing a refresher on this pathetic scene check
the last few pages of chapter 107 where a deluded Miria persists in
seeing Rafutlea as her lost friend Hilda even after Rafutela has run her
sword completely thru Miria's body.

This time the emotional reunion may be capped with a healing and
bonding of Cassandra with the Ghost company.

...............................Perhaps.......................

Because, there is a time element here. Rafutela is not the only one
here capable of manipulating youki energy. As I will get into in part B.
Roxanne is also. The following quotes should make this clear.

(1) Chapter 117 scan page about 16: Narrator describing Roxanne
"Even when she was still number 35, Roxanne was endowed with a
wonderful ability to synchronize her youki. And that is connected to
he effective acquisition of other people's every technique, but by
this time Roxanne had even developed a special technique...that
allowed her to completely hide he youki from a particular target."

(2) Chapter 119 scan page about 10: Roxanne musing
"It was averted?...Based on my analysis, I would have thought that
a technique that alters a sword's trajectory can at best be used
against a single opponent. So that would mean."

Roxanne is alredy there and fully aware of what someone, Rafutela
is doing, and fully capable of interfering if Rafutela tries a delusional
head trip on Cassandra.

But, then again the superficial resemblance of Cassandra's low ranking
friend to Cynthia may lead to a dropping of the guard of hostilities
when the two met each other.

Fundamentally I can't believe Yagi would invest so much time in
Cassandra's back story just to blow her away in a yoki explosion. But,
he could take that path.

1. Rimuto:

The (canon) leader. Never seen in the field. He has bulgy veins and/or maybe a scarred head. He has armor underneath his "Black Coat" clothes and even a metal collar around his neck. He also has hair in a rectangle in the middle of his head combed back.

Since he is never in the field, he is in charge of no Claymores, however as the apparant (canon) leader, he orders the other Black Coats themselves around.

He caught Rubel lying about the Clare-Claymore Ophelia-Awakened Ophelia-female single digit AB incident, but strangely nothing seemed to happen to Rubel, except (speculations) possibly being under a seemingly very weak surveilance by the Organization/other Black Coats. It is unknown how/who had investigated the incident, though Rafaela was in the area as she was on mission to kill deserter Irene. So, maybe Rafaela also investigated the incident after "dealing" with Irene.

(I got this crazy new idea... What if it was Rafaela whom was going around collecting Claymore "souls" or bodies into herself, which would eventually become the Destroyer.... Maybe Rafaela had collected Ophelia's, Irene's, Teresa's, Luciela's, and whom ever elses "souls" or bodies into herself...)

Also, he had caught Galatea lying too (about herself, Clare, and Jean surviving an encounter with Riful and Dauf, and then in letting Clare go, whom she was on mission to retrieve), and was planning to have her executed as soon as they had their replacement Eye, Renee, ready to take over. They tried to find/execute deserter (thanks to Rubel. Did he know that they were ready to execute her and intentionally manipulated her into deserting by showing her first hand some of the dark affairs of horror the Organization was actually doing by showing her the lifeless-emotionless robot-like slave weapons that they created in Alicia+Beth+Soul Link ?) Galatea first with Tracker Dietrich, and then they used Miata (once they discovered Clarice could control her for them).

2. Rubel:

The "Black Spider" has a black hat, glasses, and is bald, and looks completely normal (no disfiguration or bulgy veins). He is in almost as many chapters as Clare is, and seemingly seems to be completely omnifiscient and involved in some way with everything that is going on in the island, far beyond that of any of the other Black Coats, even the (canon) leader Rimuto. Rubel is also the only Black Coat whom knows about Half Awakens, that Awakening is either resistable or even non-permenant... He says he's a spy for this other side of Dragons on this unknown continent, and is trying to destroy the Organization from the inside out by their own hands. It is uncertain if he was trying to kill the HAs to prevent the Organization from learning about them, or was actually intentionally (and faithfully) putting them into harder battles, not to kill them, but to rapidly accelerate their growth in power. Rubel somehow knew all about the Teresa-Priscilla incident and was the very the one that Clare "found-met" whom she demanded to have Teresa's flesh and blood put into her, holding up Teresa's head. I don't know if we can say that Rubel knew all about the Teresa-Priscilla incident from little Clare, as I don't think Clare even at that young age would ever tell him about it. Also, Rubel openly teases Clare about Priscilla and about being the "Era's" hero when Rubel sees that Clare has Priscilla on her mind, ~"Too bad Clare, that you are not that hero.... But don't worry, our current #1 and #2, Alicia and Beth, are quite powerful, they can take on Priscilla if need be..." (Rubel seems to be sarcastic both towards Clare not being able to be the "hero" of this Era, and about Alicia and Beth being able to rival Priscilla, as if he knows that Clare WILL become the "hero" and that Alicia+Beth+Soul Link has no chance of rivalling Priscilla. hehe). We see Rubel engaged with and "controlling" (manipulating) many Claymores, even those of the other Black Coats. Ophelia never told her Black Coat, Ermita, about meeting Hilda and ripping up her Black Card, nor about how Miria had Half Awakened. But, Rubel found out about Miria's Half Awakening (and Half Awakening itself for the first time) from Ophelia! Why was Ophelia "open" to Rubel, when she keeps her secrets from the rest of the Organization and her own Black Coat Ermita? Rubel almost was Miria's secret "informant". Rubel brought Galatea to see Alicia+Beth+Soul Link and Alicia's Awakening killing all 11 male ABs by herself, and chatted with her about them and the Soul Link (but wouldn't devulge that Luciela's younger sister, was Rafaela herself). Rubel also "negotiated" Rafaela into being exiled/banished and blackmails her into obeying him through his knowledge about Luciela, which he then seemingly used to secretly and privately meet with her on many occasions, obviously and conveniently without the Organization's knowledge... He then tells her that she is being "re-instated" due to the loss of Teresa, Priscilla, Irene, Sophia, and Noel. Rubel then finally tells Rafaela of Luciela's location, seemingly knowing about Luciela's battle with Isley. Rubel then even more mysteriously somehow knew that Rafaela and her body would become half-merged with Luciela's body, and was going to "pick them/it up", but unfortunately, Riful happened to come across "them/it" first and "stole them/it from Rubel". Rubel then secretly sends Renee to look for Riful, but she herself gets captured by Riful. So, Rubel is then stuck using unnamed Claymores to look for Renee/Riful, except that "coincidentally" they meet Clare, Cynthia, and Yuma in the same town, whom Rubel is able to "control" (manipulate/coerce) Clare into finding Riful, and "retrieving his half-merged rafaela+luciela bodies thing". Though it almost seems as he knew that Clare would cause them/it to Awaken into the Destroyer... Also, Rubel secretly uses Renee to look for Riful.

Rubel had relationships and/or involvement with: Clare, Rafaela, Miria, Ophelia, Galatea, Renee, and the Destroyer.

Officially Rubel was in charge of ONLY Clare, and a possibly pseudo-official control of Rafaela.

3. Ermita:

The "Wily Fox" is dressed like a ninja, with only his eyes showing (and a girl I know think he is hawt, lol). He is in charge of Galatea, Miria, and Ophelia (but I'm not sure about Hilda, and she's a minor character anyways, so who cares, lol). When Rubel was caught lying about Clare not surviving the Clare-Claymore Ophelia-Awakened Ophelia-female single digit AB incident, Rimuto ordered Ermita to use "his" Galatea to catch Clare, as she's now of interest to the Organization having survived such a high-level dangerous encounter and possibly being the one whom killed Awakened Ophelia (which she was, hehe. Ya, Ophelia helped her, by motivating her, but I'm sure Clare would have won anyways, as she couldn't let herself be killed yet. Which makes her should-have-been-death to Claymore Ophelia so interesting.. I mean if Irene didn't come to Clare's rescue.... could Clare had somehow found a way to not get killed... or not...). Ermita also uses Galatea to spy on Miria, Deneve, Helen, and Clare against the multi-armed paburo mtns male AB.

Officially Ermitia is in charge of Galatea, Ophelia and Miria. And maybe also Hilda but not sure.

4. Orsay:

He has a hood covering his bulgy veined (which looks exactly like Awakened Priscilla's bulgy veined head, and/or a Claymore releasing lots of yoki as well, with her bulgy veins also stopping at the curve of her face from the sides of her head) and/or scarred head, but his entire face is completely exposed (unlike Ermita) and with no disfiguration. He was obviously officially in charge of Teresa. I can't tell if he is one of the 2 Black Coats seen in charge of Alicia+Beth, or not. It might be possible that he was also one of the 2 (the other one of the 2 had white hair, whom is obviously not Orsay, lol) in charge of Rafaela+Luciela, but I can't tell either.

He was obviously officially in charge of Teresa. And maybe one of the two in charge of Alicia+Beth, but I'm not certain yet. There's a slight chance that he could also have been 1 of the 2 in charge of Rafaela+Luciela, but I can't tell with this either.

5. Rado:

I think he has a cut-scar above his left eye but am not sure anymore. I think he was in charge of trainee Teresa, and maybe also in charge of Clarice and Miata. However, I'm not sure, as I now relaized that there's so many more Black Coats, and I'm not sure if it's them or Rado, whom I seen in the manga for the various Claymores I mentioned here.

6. Dae:

He seemingly is the head scientist and is in charge of the Retrieval Squad of Black Coats (kinda like the Anbu Black Ops in Naruto, at least that's how I picture them, though we haven't actually seen them in any kind of action yet). As you know, he has half his face (left side) missing or burned or whatever, with his (left) eye fully exposed.

He is now "in charge" of Raki.

7. Significant Unnamed Black Coats:

7A. A white haired Black Coat seen in the flashback during Luciela's Awakening, and is still seen currently as well, possibly as the other one of the 2 (with the other possibly being Orsay) in charge of Alicia+Beth.

7B. a "friar"-like haired Black Coat in charge of Lune/Renee. (chapter 68 pages 2-8)

7C. and many more. (chapter 68 pages 2-8, and other references too. see top/beginning of this post)

Queen next shows up in Scene 50, as part of the task force in Pieta.

Many of Clare’s Era Claymores, had to have been apart of Teresa’s Era as Claymores or trainees.

This is because of young Clare immediately after Teresa’s death (end of Teresa’s Era) becoming a trainee, and would become the youngest Claymore of Clare’s Era.

There’s hardly any or no time frame to fit in the rest of the Claymore’s of Clare’s Era whom are older or been Claymores longer than Clare has, such as Hilda (and her death later on), Miria (going from rank 17 to 8 to 6), Ophelia (from human having Priscilla kill her brother to becoming the rank 4 Claymore), and etc.

I did see the Old Rick stuff already, but I don't know how to confirm or refute it. I don't agree the girl Miria rescued in Pieta looks like Anastasia, but I can't say that Anastasia wasn't a civilian there. The idea that Dietrich was the girl at the fountain Claire interrogated about Raki may have some merit, but I have nothing to add.

The Jamie thing I had never seen before & now I'm exited to go cross check. I'll do that sometime today.

Tagging BC's should be possible, I can say that some recur but have never been named. I haven't felt the same compulsion to track the motions of BC's like I have been the modern generation or the lesser known Warriors of Pieta (which i have not written about.) I do think that BC's will be taken captive in the coming chapters, not sure if they will attempt to flee, but I am sure they don't intend to fight anymore. Captives imply introductions so singling out potentially important ones might be helpful to do this month.

HK wrote "Also, do you know "who" (as in other chapter and page numbers that they are seen on and/or what groups they're in) the 2 confirmed and 2 suspected of the faked killing of Miria?"

The chapter & page #'s come from mangaaccess.com.
Turn to chapter 107 pg 29.
This is the initial, FK of Miria, not the memory of it narrated be FK1. There are few frames where one particular warrior can be singled out in this part of the story but on this page in the top left panel FK1 is clear as day in the foreground with her symbol hair & armor all clearly drawn. The girl in the background is also recurring but I have not had the time to track her. Her chest armor & hair should make it possible.
Very interesting to note that that panel on 107:29 is very precisely redrawn, not copied, but redrawn on 113:21 when the FK1 is recalling the story. That must mean that image & the two girls in it are important to Yagi in some way.

Again on 107:29, this time looking at the top right panel is another warrior who's symbol can be seen on her sword and chest, but her face is down and her hair is changed by gravity.
I think that's FK4, because the symbol she sports isn't perfectly clear but it more closely resembles FK4's than any other I have on my notes of clearly drawn symbols.

Now keep 107:29 open in one tab and open a second tab to 114:1

3 panels down you see the image that I use as the definition of FK4. That is her face, armor,
hair & symbol all at rest & clear as day. The armor also matches the top right panel on 107:29. Also note that in that panel A1 is almost as clear. The symbol & armor of the warrior who I confuse with FK3 sometimes (I'll start calling her FK3.2) identify her standing to the far right, & the armor of the girl in the middle matches the armor of the warrior in the background of FK1 on 107:29 & 113:21. That has lead me to make a note of her existence & given me a symbol to use in my notes, but I don't know how to define her. Let's call her "FK1.2" since she reoccurs with FK1.

Anyway, at this point, we have placed FK1, FK1.2 & FK4 close to Miria at the time that she is attacked & falls, but we are not 100% about FK4 because of a fuzzy symbol.

The remaining pages in the portion when Miria goes down live don't have much diagnostic value. I think the reason why the panels 107:29 & 113:21 are redrawn by Yagi is because he was ad libbing at first, but making sure he was connecting the dots in the recounting & so he used that one panel as an anchor point. In the live faux-killing of Miria only 106:17 & 107:29 have pics that make good diagnostics & the 106:17 panels I have nothing to go with yet.

During FK1's narration Yagi clearly has the girls out of generic mode & starts drawing familiar definable warriors right away. The ones we are most interested in are the actual Miria Hack & slashers. So we are trying to place warriors right at the scene on 113:22 where the grizzly deed takes place. In the lower left panel on 113:22 is a girl in the act of the crime that is FK3, & one that I at first thought was FK4, but the armor for FK4 gets inconsistent & I may have madea mistake at some point.
The girl who I am calling FK3 is clearest on 114:23, but there is a second girl with long wavy hair & on top of that, 14.3 may be drawn with longer hair in the lower left panel on 113:21 (with FK5 in the background, her distinct hair makes her easy to call.) Which puts 14.3 close to Miria too. FK3 has a big screaming shot with Miria blood all over so we know she was in on it.

On 113:23 in the middle panel there is from left to right four warriors covered in Miria chunks; FK4 (identified by hair, & her hair is not so super distinct that there is no room for error), FK2 (also identified by hair, but she is super distinct so this is near 100%), A warrior who i'm not sure about yet, but clearly an official "FK" & a warrior that matches FK3's hair, but kinda not perfectly, still we have a clear photo of FK3 in the act of hacking away at Miria. If Miria were pressing charges, FK3 would be the first to get convicted & FK 1 would be the second since in the upper left panel 113:22 FK1 is the only girl of 5 that can be identified with certainty.

That top left panel on 113:22 is my official checklist of FK's. I have one warrior called an FK to represent the 5 in that panel. I'm not sure that FK5 really was hacking & slashing at Miria, & I am sure that at least one warrior I have not been able to single out was, so my list isn't perfect. I may have mis-tracked FK4 with someone else undefined.

It's really 3 confirmed with only FK5 uncertain, but that panel Yagi drew 113:26 clearly had a ton of Yagi love & attention poured into it.

A month ago, I actually defined two other warriors, but then the website logged me out & ate a long post & I never went back to it.

For me, it's hard to follow your characters (as it's hard to match up your name for them with their pics, as it's time consuming to keep looking up your sources on their appearances, and as I said, I'm not really good with appearances anyways, lol), as-so I need a rank # (which would be progress in filling in the Org's Claymore history of regiment-roster, hehe) and/or what group they're in-apart of. I'm interested in trying to fill in the missing gaps of warriors, hehe :D So, if you can find-determine any, please let me know!

Maybe if you could post pics up about each character you talk about, would make it easier to follow.

I think for progress, we need to look at the warriors we know (by name, rank, symbol, or group) and see if we can learn what happens to them and/or who're they replaced by, if something happens to them. And/or possibly we can discover new characters too, which I think you're working towards, and so I'm interested in your work, hoping you can discover new ranks-characters' identities we didn't know about otherwise, and/or whatever else.

I wish i knew how to put a face pic & a symbol pick up next to their descriptions.

Alas it may be that only official names can make them truly trackable. Cross checking armor types has shown me that both FK3 & FK4 have twins that can only be told apart by armor & I have mistaken them one for the other in previous posts.

It's too bad though, Some of them have alot of personality if you keep track of them. FK1 & FK2 are by far the easiest to trace through the organization battles, they hack Miria down, & when Miria is back up again they are literally standing right behind her when Audry & Miria discuss the impending attack, & they continue to fight through the AF's right up until Cassandra & Roxanne are shown bookending a battleground.

Hook up with Kuro-chan, he-she has made the Claymore emblems-symbols.

we should start putting faces-pics to characters. we just need to use the manga pages to get our pics, upload them to an upload site, and then "link-upload" them here.

It's just a lot of work... lol

------------

Identification Method:

character pic of their face-body

character name (and/or title)

character "era(s)"

character rank(s)

Character group(s)

character symbol-emblem (as a pic)

sources of their appearances (chs and pgs)

another reason to use mindmap - the one i creates allows you to upload picture right inside it...

althought you can use table to show neatly all you want here - its outdated method and the result would be still not good enough
gherkin

yeah pictures are absolutely necessary

so if you insist on using this forum - use table... but it will be massive work... particularly the uploading and linking
check out my project, im not doing it because i want recognition or something - it seriously is best system i know of and im big fan of claymore so i want the best for it

HK you noted that there were 2 high-ish blocks 11-13, 16-27 where you do not have current generation warriors. They are definitely all present.

Since there were only a few warriors that fought alongside Miria and the single digits against the AE's we can probably narrow down the pool, potentially to the three #11 through 13 spots, but we won't be able say who fills what spot.

In 114:25 Miria orders the combat to be only between the single digits & the confident ones switch to support.
on 114:26 The fighting begins. FK2 & a warrior that I have not defined but is the one I sometimes confuse with FK4 (so I am calling her "FK4.2" now) get their own panels in the lower right.
On 115:5 a AE cuts down a warrior that I really wish I could define. She had finely feathered, kinda spiky hair. The best symbol I have for her is on 114:6 where she is second from the left in the second row, standing behind FK1 & FK4.2, & standing to the left of FK3.2. (N1 & N2 are also in that panel in the back)
This warrior getting cut up on 115:5 is also pretty strong as evidenced by her fighting the AF's at all.
I think I'm going to call her "FK6" now. It's a stretch, I cant really place her solidly as an FK, but she loosely fits the description of the known-unknown unidentified FK. I'll just go with it.

In 115:15 in the lower left panels FK2 gets yet another headshot of her by herself, breathing heavily. Then beneath that panel FK4.2 is in the foreground with FK5 in the background, both of them breathing heavily.
On 115:17 the AF's jump over the single digits & try to take out the supporting fighters. In the panels on the bottom of the page FK2 & FK4.2 are clearly seen, & FK5's distinct hair can be singled out.

Also on 114:9 from right to left you get a full panel head shot of Rachel, then Nina, then #14, then FK2, then FK4.2 which also bolsters the notion that Yagi has already ranked FK2 & FK4.2 highly in his own mind.

It bugs me a little that I cant call #14 with 100% certainty during the AF fight, but on 115:18 I'm about 80% certain thats her in the background. She has the right hair & armor type. (In the foreground of that same panel is a mystery Warrior. As far as I can tell that page & the next one are the only she appears in. Although she does have a nice symbol & a armor type that isn't that hard to track. I suspect she is expected to die, but really almost anyone could stay or go. But she was high enough ranked to be a support fighter during the AF fight.)

I think the 3 spots 11, 12 & 13 will be claimed by FK2, FK4.2 & newly defined FK6. I suspect FK5 may the only character that Yagi could possibly bump one of them. Of course I don't know the order they will go in, but I think FK2 has the best odds of being #11.

Awesome! thank you!

so you think you hopefully figured out who're the 3 ranks 11-13 :D

(at least we got the Claymore-pic-body-looks-appearance to the 3 ranks, that's a big improvement-progress, hehe. Great job!)

(when I have time, I'll try to include them into my lists)

if you can distinguish-find anymore unknown ranks-Claymores, you're awesome! hehe :D

Also if "Kuro-chan" is out there watching, do what you can do, but I seriously need to stop writing so much about Claymore for the weekend.

Yup, It's Queenie. On 25:3 & 25:5 her face symbol & armor are all clear. But her name & number are not mentioned. When role call happens in Pieta, she is not shown in the panel her name is called, but as the only casualty in Miria's 4 warrior team we can easily figure out who she is as she & Tabitha are the first to attack any AB in Pieta. She appears in Pieta first in 51:9, then in Miria's group in 52:23 & 52:24 fighting with Tabitha. Queenie then reappears in 56:20 in two frames to report to Miria in the same manner Tabitha does.
After Rigaldo there are 6 warriors left standing & Queenie isn't one of them. Her death is not shown, nor is her contribution to the battle, but that can be what you want it to be. Since the warriors had lost 5 before Rigaldo's attack, & had only 6 left after, its clear that other fighting was going on elsewhere.

At any rate I interpret Queenie as a precious person to Miria. Miria already knew Queenie before Pieta & Queenie was comfortable talking to Miria. Miria likely morns her loss as much or more than anyone else.

(chapter 68 pages 2-8, and other references too. see top/beginning of this post)

just a source of mine proving Isley's and Riful's Eras:

On 41:3 top panel, there is Rubel with his back to the image, facing Rimuto. To Rimuto's right is a bald BC. To that bald BC's right is a hooded BC that might be Orsay. & to that BC's right is a 5th BC, who is obscure.

41:4 The hooded BC speaks in the bottom left panel. He speaks of Teresa & Claire's relationship. His hood and scarf have 2 "H" clips & a strap passing though them.

41:6 Ermita gets a close up panel. He is clearly defined. Standing like Rubel, not seated.
ES2:9 Ermita is clearly the BC talking to Ophelia.
ES2:11 a different unnamed BC is giving instructions to Miria. He has a Large turtleneck covering up to his nose, & a hood that is almost more of a blanket covering his head.

12:10 Orsay is clearly defined. He has a solid one-piece hooded cloak, not a Scarf + Hood like the seated BC in 41:4. It's basically the same cloak the warriors use.
ES1:31 Orsay is still drawn precisely in the same stylistic manner, even though Yagi wrote this ES long after the Teresa arc.

I'll pick up on this again later. So far I'm thinking Orsay is dead or retired by Claire's era. I want to confirm of refute that hypothesis.

The Claymore Scribe
awesome, Gherkin, I'll have to check up on your comments with the pages in question, at some point. I've been slacking a bit on Claymore, as I need others to post, as it's hard to just post by yourself on your own (at least for me) about Claymore. I appreciate it, as it's hard for me with the facial-body recognitions of the BCs, as to who is who, and-or if we got new-more BCs or not.

-----------------------------

P.S.

My comments about Rado are incorrect, this is an old post that I hadn't corrected and-or nor updated. I originally messed up on who Rado was (as can be seen by my comments about him in the post of mine), thinking he was the BC who had "fetched" the runaway Trainee Clare and meeted Banished-Exiled Rafaela too in doing so, but this was incorrect, as Rado is the hooded BC, seemingly in charge of Clarice. I just hadn't updated this post of mine with this corrected info.

----------------------------

No BC is dead, except for Rimuto (via Miria), as far as we know, Orsay remains alive (possibly he was Alicia's BC, as seen by him with Alicia spying on Riful during the Witches Maw Battle), as I doubt he'd get killed so easily... as he was Teresa's BC... that takes quite some competence, lol. As Teresa could and would kill Orsay in a flash, just look how she treated the humans, she was to protect, whipping her blood from her sword onto them and nearly killing the inn keeper when he brought her, her food, in the morning, lol. Now, she didn't despite knowing the dark truth about the Org and its BCs, and even despite Orsay using Clare as a hostage and probably was going to kill Clare too (dammit Clare, you didn't let anyone else touch Clare, so why didn't you kill Orsay for touching Clare?, ARGH-lol!). Orsay is no "push-over" and could very well have been conducting his own intrigue against Rubel. If Orsay knew how powerful Teresa was (and he surely directly says so), then why would he send Irene, Sophia, Noel, and Elda to execute Teresa... unless he was intentionally using Teresa's "betrayal" to purge Irene, Sophia, Noel, and Elda... hehe.
