hi everyone, I heard S.E.X. from Rebel Heart and this song reminds me of a song, probably from the 80s. anyway it's the arrangement not the song itself. could you help me to find out what it is? the bootleg/demo version of S.E.X. it's different, problably made by Avicii..

When I heard it for the first time it reminded me Ciara ft Ludacris- ride it. It does sound like typical RnB song about sex/love. Someone in SEX video also commented "I prefer sexercixe". Kylie's song is also similar and has the same theme but sexercize is rather electro/synthpop than r'n'b. |

thanks BlueTiger, but these two songs are quite new!! I was referring to a more specific arrangement that I already heard in an old song. it seems like a wind instrument that gives the song a more sexy appeal. you can hear it the first second of S.E.X. as the song starts and it repeats itself all along, and it basically the difference between the demo/bootleg version and the studio/official version. oh, I'm so sorry I can't remember where it does come from. well, about the old song I think know the melody, and I think it's an instrumental song, but i don't know the title. neither the artist.

I don't know much about 80s music nor even 90s as I was born in 90s. I only know the biggest hits from these deacdes. However on wikipedia I read from credits "Brown". It may refer to James Brown. Madonna has already stole from many old soundtracks also from James Brown. That wind now reminded me of Herbie Hancock- watermelon man that she sampled in Sanctuary, maybe it's one of his tracks that she sampled. |
