Forget about cutting it, she may want to consider, oh, I dunno, shampooing it once in awhile! :bath:

Madonna's husband hair ban
  • Oct 6, 2008

Madonna has been forbidden from cutting her hair by husband Guy Ritchie.

The 50-year-old singer - who has been sporting long blonde locks on her current 'Sticky and Sweet' tour - is desperate for a radical new style, but Guy is less than thrilled with the idea.

She told Fox News: "I want to have shorter hair, but I have a husband that loves the long-haired look and, well, that is just one of the things I do for him."

  • ....But now this is something actually surprising - and the press didn't even noticed. During her first two Madison Square Garden concerts earlier this week Madonna did not wear her flat-fringe whig during "Give it 2 Me".

"What actually happened is that her bangs fell off during "Give it 2 Me" on the first night" - M-Tribe Community member DyeAnotherDay expalined on our Forum. "She seemed to sort of touch her forehead and realize it happened and kind of laughed. It looked okay."

Who knows, this is not the first time some sort of "hairdressing malfunction" turned into some permanent alteration of the show - just think about her black geisha wig at the "Drowned World Tour".

Are they actually together anymore? Seems like you don't see him around her very often!

Madonna’s long blonde wavy hairstyle

Madonna and LiLo's Matching '80s 'Dos...or Don'ts?
  • Holy crimper! Don't adjust your monitor...you're not seeing double.

Lindsay Lohan and Madonna were sporting the same questionable coiffure in NYC last night.

Mane man Andy LeCompte styled both girls' blond locks for their respective parties—LiLo hit Henri Bendel to promote her new leggings line, 6126, and later headed to the premiere of Madge's new movie, Filth and Wisdom.

....Not sure how we feel about a collaboration between this duo, but we think their '80s-inspired hairdos are more like don't-dos.

Madonna's dark roots
  • By Lisa Shepherd
    27th October 2008

Celebrity hairdresser LISA SHEPHERD gives her expert opinion on the mane events in the celebrity world. This week, Madonna demonstrates how high-maintenance dyed blonde locks can be.

I love Madonna, and the way she transforms her look, but with this latest shade of fluoro-blonde I'm less keen, as I have rarely seen her without beastly roots.

Although this is a key hair trend at the moment, and dark roots are meant to lend depth to the hair, I think this is a hard look to pull off, especially with her heavy central parting and her hair pulled to the sides with clips in this childlike way.

If I were Mads, I would try softening the blonde shade, or opt for highlights and lowlights, which is far more low maintenance.

According to the fan site,
"Madonna exits the offices of Christian Audigier after attending a private fashion show Los Angeles / 21 Feb 2009."

I don't know what this article is saying, but it appears that it's making fun of her nappy-looking hair:

:crab4: I would've thought that keeping one's sanity while doing someone's hair who has cooties and lice would be the big challenge, but no.

Madonna's 'Sticky & Sweet' Stylist Spills Her Summer Hair Secrets
  • So it was surprising that Andy Lecompte, the star Los Angeles stylist charged with tending her famous blonde locks while on tour, should be the calmest of the bunch. Lecompte talked to StyleList about keeping the world's hottest pop star looking cool during the summer leg of a tour that plays 30 European dates in barely six weeks -- and the product he's "obsessed with" to keep her looking good.

"Some of the challenges?" Lecompte emailed from Russia, "That would be four countries a week, plus humidity, sweat, quick changes. We don't have to do the same hair each time but Madonna's shows are very planned and rehearsed. Once I design a look for a show with the cut and styles and we decide what we're doing, we don't vary from it, aside from maybe an occasional part change from middle to side."

now THAT'S CREATIVE! the problem with her making him "obsesseed" with her "looking good" must be an issue when Madonna has no clue how hideous she actually DOES look - and that is obviously her own choice - to continue to look like a sleezy crow.

She is a sick, unrefined ho-bag who can't grow up and is going to morph into a demonic old hag when it REALLY catches up with her.

Madonna appears to have grown a light moustache

A couple of years ago, there was a story about Madonna having a mustache, complete with a photo of a close-up of said mustache. (I featured that story/image on the home page of the Anti Madonna site.)

As far as the discussion board goes...
If that story is not in this thread, it was probably put in the "Cork board" forum, maybe in the "Looking unattractive" thread.

Her hand looks very veiny in the image on this page (taken during her 09 trip to Malawi), too, but they did not publish the photo of her with the mustache, though.

I am not completely sure, but I think the photos they are referring to can be viewed on "Madonna Connexion" (under the "Madonna, [leaving] Tom Ford "A single man", NYC, 06-12-2009" heading)

Madonna appears to have grown a light moustache

At a distance, the Material Girl doesn't look a day over 40. But snappers caught Madonna, 51, from a much more unflattering angle at an after-party in New York.

Not only did she look distinctly craggy, she also looked - dare we say it - a bit fuzzy around the top lip area.

At the end of the day, we guess there's only so much the years can hold back...

 Madonna has chest hair now??

I might merge this with the "Hair" thread later - in that thread, I recently posted a story about how she is now sporting a light mustache.

Madonna Testosterone Skin Cream Chest Hair: Madonna Chest Hair Caused By Testosterone Skin Cream
  • February 8th, 2008 by Castina

Madonna is rubbing male hormones on her face.

The Material Girl has started a strict regime of massaging her skin with testosterone cream due to it’s toted ability to increase muscle mass, boost energy, improve memory, and ward off mood swings. But Madge has got a hairy surprise that’s a bit more than she bargained for.

“Madonna is hip to all the antiaging stuff,” a Star Mag mole says of the almost fifty year old pop music legend. “She’ll try just about anything, as long as it’s legal,” the spy says.

But there is a downside: “She’s developed some unwanted chest fuzz!”

I thought she had some lip hair when she was younger? I know her kid has some serious manly looks.

I thought she had some lip hair when she was younger?  I know her kid has some serious manly looks.

She might have.

I do remember back in the 1980s she never plucked her eye brows. Her brows were very bushy.

Her daugher Lourdes used to sport a uni-brow until last year or so.

(BTW, Lady Chadwick, I sent you a private message via this board's PM system)

  • That was pretty much my response to Life With My Sister Madonna. Christopher [Madonna's brother] lays out the case against his sister in a prosecutorial fashion:
She’s unfunny, can’t act, sweats like a pig, is unbecomingly hirsute, squeezes pennies so tightly that she has drawers full of copper wire in her various estates, is cold and unpleasant, and is, on the whole, the worst human being in the world.

Aren't you a little old for that style? Madonna wears pigtails for dinner in London
  • She has never made much of a secret of her attempts to stop the ageing process.

But Madonna looked like she was trying to turn back the clock as she stepped out for dinner in London last night wearing a hair style preferred by little girls.

The singer wore her blonde hair in pigtails to dine at Locanda Locatelli in Mayfair.

The 52-year-old's childish 'do looked a little ridiculous compared to her otherwise stylish outfit.

She wrapped up in an on-trend black shearling coat, black suit trousers and a a Dolce&Gabbana bag for her meal at the upmarket eatery, where mains average £28.

Perhaps Madonna's look is an attempt to keep up with her new toy boy, back-up dancer Brahim Zaibat.

[Sigh] :knock: Oh Maddy...where to begin. Just because the teenagers do it, that does not mean you should wear pig-tails too. Those days are long gone. You had ample oppurtunity to wear that syle at 15 or whatever, but instead you chose to lose your virginity in the back of a car to some footballer. :bad: Apparently the phrase "Grow old gracefully" means nothing to her. Maybe she's going through midlife crisis or something. And what's with the pic of the back of her head? Didn't Queen Amadala, (? not sure if I spelled that correctly) or somebody else, wear that already? :ask: Guess that's just another one of her ever-annoying rip-offs.
