Madonna Was Artistically Raped by Hackers - The worst part of Madonna's leaked album full of sh**ty singles had to be her outraged statement, released the next day, decrying her artistic rape at the hands of terrorists.
The complaint—which reads not unlike like a high schooler journaling on Ambien—was briefly posted on Instagram alongside a now-deleted black-and-white bejeweled photograph of Madonna looking fierce, but vulnerable:
This is artistic rape!! These are early leaked demo's half of which wont even make it on my album the other half have changed and evolved. This is a form of terrorism. Wtf!!!! Why do people want to destroy the artistic process??? Why steal? Why not give me the opportunity to finish and give you my very best?
The forever-teen, who is no stranger to repeating popular buzzwords to ill effect, is expected to slam her door a few times before slinking back in the kitchen to ask what's for dinner.
[h/t the Blemish] Madonna Calls Album Leak Rape and Terrorism - Exaggerate much? Madonna got her granny panties in a bunch because her album leaked and she’s not going to take it! *shakes stern fist* In a now-deleted Instagram post, her highness vented by comparing her album leak to rape and terrorism. She hit the daily double.
-snip Madonna quote-
Oh, that’s TOTALLY rape. Said no one ever. The hundreds of thousands of women raped every year WISH all that happened to them was their songs getting out onto the Internets. Drink Bill Cosby’s special cappucino then you’ll know what rape is. Oh Madge! Madonna Compares The Leak Of Her New Album To 'Rape' And 'Terrorism' - However, later she posted a less diplomatic message, comparing the incident to rape and calling the leaks “a form of terrorism”. Yes, in the week that three people were killed in the tragic hostage crisis in Sydney and over 130 children were murdered by the Taliban at a school in Pakistan, Madonna compares the leak of her new album to rape and terrorism.
... The queen of pop has since deleted the post following an onslaught of criticism from fans on social media. “You know what else is like rape, Madonna? Nothing. Nothing is like rape. Shut up,” tweeted peed of @goldengateblond, which seemed to be the general consensus on Twitter. Fellow Madge-basher @abailey1176 totally agreed, adding: “Madonna who herself is a victim of sexual assault, should be ashamed of comparing music theft to rape. #NeedsToApologise”
We’re guessing that since the post has now been deleted, Madonna has seen the error of her ways. But then again, when has Madonna’s self-importance ever shown any limitations before?

Wow, what a drama queen. I saw that some demos had leaked, and then on Facebook someone posted something about preordering the album with a whopping five (or six) tracks already available. The album is $15 and will be released March 10 of next year. The album cover is weird, but that's because someone went to town with Photoshop. Most of the album tracks don't even have names yet.
Anyway, I was irritated when Jennifer Lawrence called the nude photo leak "sexual violation" or whatever - no it wasn't, especially considering the fact that she willingly took those photos. Oh, she meant for them to be private. You have to be stone cold stupid to think that your digital photos will remain unseen forever and ever and ever. Just no.
Same thing with this - this album leak is far more mild. All she had to do was state that the original demo leaks were, in fact, unfinished versions and that fans should wait for the real deal. Her demented fans will buy several copies of it anyway.
I guess Vadge was upset that she hadn't been part of Celebgate. Or just wants attention.

Edited to add:
Madonna responds to leak, releases songs as Christmas gift- Leaks have tormented Madonna in the past. In 2003, the singer's website was defaced and every song off her "American Life" album was leaked online.
I had forgotten about that, but now that they mention it, I vaguely recall that.
This says she is following a trend, not starting one. Madonna achieves 'partial Beyoncé' by releasing tracks after leak that was 'artistic rape' - Singer says six Rebel Heart songs ‘an early Christmas gift’ for fans
Latest surprise release by major artist follows developing trend Madonna calls leak of song from forthcoming album ‘form of terrorism’
Madonna has reacted to the leak of demos from her new album – which she described earlier this week as “artistic rape” and “a form of terrorism” – by releasing six songs on iTunes and other streaming services.
The singer said the songs, which were released on Saturday, were “an early Christmas gift” for her fans. Her new album, Rebel Heart, is due out in March and is set to include 19 songs. Her publicist said more songs would be released on 9 February.
The website popjustice said Madonna had achieved a “partial Beyoncé”. “Full Beyoncé” status, the website said, is achieved with the release of a full album, with attendant videos for each track, for free and by complete surprise. Beyoncé released her self-titled fifth album that way in December 2013. Surprise! Madonna's New Album Is Available For Pre-Order
Madonna Unexpectedly Releases 6 New Songs After Leaked Tracks - Madonna released six new songs from an unreleased album on Saturday, in a surprise move meant to counter the leak of “incomplete” tracks that were shared online earlier in the week.
...The songs come from her newest album, Rebel Heart, which was slated for a March release date. Her publicist said the singer would release more tracks on February 9. What does the Sony hacking scandal have to do with Madonna or her album?
Madonna releases singles early due to Sony hacking
This says she has a song on the album called "I'm Madonna b***h" or she uses the phrase in a song. Didn't Britney Spears popularize that about a decade ago, where she would come out on stage or in a video or two and say "I'm Britney b***h" or "I'm back b***h"?
Madonna releases six new songs - The new songs are much more polished than the early leaks and point to a vibrant, emotional sound. It’s somewhere between the woefully underrated “American Life” and “Confessions On a Dance Floor.” Producers include Diplo, Kanye West, Billboard, Dahi, Blood Diamonds and Madonna.
“Living For Love” mines a warm, ’90s house vibe and sounds like a smash; “Devil Pray” boasts gentle guitars that build to dazzling electro-pop production; “Ghosttown” is a thoughtful, galloping ballad; “Unapologetic b***h” rides a reggae groove.
She name drops Jay-Z, Beyoncé, President Obama, Oprah Winfrey and Lady Gaga during ”Illuminati” an alternately campy and ominous ode to the secret society said to be occupied by politicians and pop stars who control the world. (“All-seeing eye is watchin’ tonight!”)
The Diplo-assisted “b***h I’m Madonna” features a rapid-fire Nicki Minaj rap and dubstep drops. It’s cheeky and bouncy and terrific and, b***h, it’s Madonna. Surprise! Madonna releases six new songs on iTunes - The Queen of Pop went and pulled a Beyoncé.
Madonna has released the first six songs off 13th album Rebel Heart, set for release March 10.
The reigning diva tweeted out the announcement early Saturday morning, along with album cover art:
View Image
The release is in response to a leak this week, which resulted in early mixes of 13 of the album's tracks making their way online, according to Rolling Stone.
"I was hoping to release my new single Living for Love on Valentine's Day with the rest of the album coming in the spring," Madonna said in a statement. "I would prefer my fans to hear completed versions of some of the songs instead of the incomplete tracks that are circulating. Please consider these six songs as an early Christmas gift."
Producers on the new songs include Kanye West, Diplo, Blood Diamonds, DJ Dahi, Billboard, and Madonna. Nicki Minaj is also featured on track B**** I'm Madonna.
The album has 19 tracks listed on iTunes, most of which are still untitled, save for one called Joan of Arc that is not yet available. More music will be released Feb. 9 before the full album arrives March 10.
The tracklist so far:
1. Living for Love
2. Devil Pray
3. Ghosttown
4. Unapologetic B****
5. Illuminati
6. B**** I'm Madonna (feat. Nicki Minaj)
Madge also released official audio for Living for Love on YouTube: New Madonna tracks sound like a 'test of loyalty'

...I think she's provoked a scathing reaction from most of the public with her utterly ludicrous and insensitive references to 'artistic rape' and 'terrorism'...the DM shut down the Comments section to this article which reports on how she's trying to justify her choice of words and given that DM is rumored to accept payment to give favorable press to the likes of m, beyonce, Kartrashians, et al, they probably wouldn't have done that unless the overwhelming majority of the Comments were negative:

Only money-hungry narcissists complain about not being respected as an "artiste"? And people wanna talk mess about Lady Gaga, least there's some ART in what she does even if the last album was a little try hard, Madonna has never had any art and if there was, she stole credit or outright stole it from someone else.

Gaga hate is so freakin' old. But it's no good trying to get the weirdo Queenstans to get over it, or their frame of mind that wants their goddess to be THE. ONLY. WOMAN. PERFORMER. ALIVE.
I can only wonder how many other talented women had their careers truncated by Madge & her people when she was flaming hot from 1985-91? Even the ones who had some Top Tens themselves?

Fourteen More Songs Have Leaked
Madonna's music from ‘Rebel Heart’ leaked for second time
Madonna's 'Rebel Heart': 14 More Songs Leak Online- The following tracks leaked today:
— Iconic — Veni Vidi Vici — Beautiful Scars — Freedom — God Is Love — Hold Tight — Best Night — Inside Out — Tragic Girl — Nothing Lasts Forever — Holy Water — Graffiti Heart — Body Shop — Back That Up (Do It) feat. Pharrell Fourteen More Madonna Tracks Leaked Online- Dec 24, 2014
by JOE COSCARELLI
Just days after Madonna released six songs from her forthcoming album, “Rebel Heart,” in response to the leak of more than a dozen demos, a new batch of 14 unauthorized tracks has surfaced online. ...The singer has not yet responded to the new leak. Second batch of Madonna tracks leaks online - Fourteen more Madonna tracks have leaked, following the 13 demos that appeared online without the performer’s permission last week.
...The new leak first appeared on Dec. 23 and includes 14 songs. According to Idolator, the tracks, including a collaboration with Pharrell, are: “Veni Vidi Vici,” “Beautiful Scars,” “Freedom,” “God Is Love,” “Hold Tight,” “Best Night,” “Inside Out,” “Tragic Girl,” “Nothing Lasts Forever,” “Holy Water,” “Graffiti Heart,” “Body Shop,” and “Back That Up (Do It) feat. Pharrell.” She is sticking with the 'Unapologetic B-tch' persona. She usually refuses to apologize for anything she's said or done. This is another case of that.

'I'm sorry if words alarm people, but that's what it felt like': Madonna stands by music leak comparisons of 'terrorism' and 'rape'
Here is one I just saw on the news:
Madonna defends 'artistic rape' comment 4 - Dec 22 2014
Madonna has defended her decision to compare her recent music hack to rape, insisting her comment was justified because she felt "terrorized" and violated by the security breach.
The pop star's early demos of tracks from her upcoming album, Rebel Heart, were leaked on the Internet last month, and she subsequently spoke out against the cyber criminals, calling the act "artistic rape".
The comment sparked an online outcry, but Madonna is adamant she was simply expressing her devastation over the hacking.
She tells Britain's The Guardian newspaper, "I'm an artistic person, I'm very expressive. I'm sorry if words alarm people, but that's what it felt like. It was not a consensual agreement. I did not say, 'Hey, here's my music, and it's finished.' It was theft."
Madonna adds of the hacking scandal, "Obviously there is a person, or a group of people behind this that were essentially terrorizing me. I don't want to sound alarming, but certainly that's how I felt. It's one thing if someone comes into your house and steals a painting off your wall: that's also a violation, but, your work, as an artist, that's devastating."
The singer regained control of the situation by releasing six tracks from the album early on Saturday

...Hmmm...I'm of 2 minds now about these 'leaks' of her new 'music'...
...I originally thought she was behind the whole thing in a pathetic attempt to drum up some buzz...
...but then I read an interesting post (might have been on this site - sorry can't recall) that made a good point about how when most performers pursue the fake leak thing to drum up publicity, they make sure that only a few songs get out as a teaser to drive buyer interest in their entire new album...
...if that's true, then it would be self-defeating for m to just dump the entire track list onto the internet because now there's no reason for anyone to actually buy the full album when it's released in March 2015...
...that makes me think that maybe she really is being compromised by someone in her inner circle...
...then again, given that the real money these days is in touring, maybe she's just decided to give up altogether on album sales and is behind all of this in a ploy to build early interest in her next sure-to-be over-priced/over-hyped tour...
...then again...WHO CARES!!!...
...MERRY CHRISTMAS FLEA AND EVERYONE ON THE BOARD AND ALL THE BEST IN 2015!!!!...

...MERRY CHRISTMAS FLEA AND EVERYONE ON THE BOARD AND ALL THE BEST IN 2015!!!!... Merry Christmas to you as well, and to everyone else. Yeah, I was thinking the original batch of song leaks may have been leaked by her on purpose, but with the second batch, I don't know.
It's hard to say.
Someone in one of these articles I linked to mentioned Madonna (if she is being hacked) needs to get her act together because other performers, such as Beyonce, manage to keep their stuff from getting leaked.
Edit. Just checked Yahoo News. Here are more links

^^. Oh, please ... I still think she's got at least one hand in this silliness. And she's drinking & laughing at those falling for it.
Then again, maybe Lola is doing this to get back at her adoring/controlling mother? Naaaahhh ...

Then again, maybe Lola is doing this to get back at her adoring/controlling mother? Naaaahhh ... Usually when an artist leaks their music, the band or artist only leaks like a few songs, not 27 songs. Maybe they leak four songs at the most, not two albums' worth of music.
It could affect Madge's album sales. Think about it, who wants to buy the whole album when you can hear the rest online??
I'm not saying you're wrong, Julia Griggs. But I'm just thinking of another point of view.

I think Guy Oseary leaked the rest, Madonna leaked the first batch of songs. I say Oseary because he convinced U2 to do the same for their album on iTunes (despite Bono's insistence U2 was behind it). It wouldn't surprise me if that was the case.

More Madonna songs from new album Rebel Heart leaked on the internet- by Peter Walker
Thursday 25 December 2014 09.02 EST
Speaking to the Guardian on Sunday following the leak of the 13 demos, Madonna said the scale of the theft, and the fact other, non-musical material also appeared, meant it was “a big possibility” her own computer had been hacked, rather than the material being taken by someone connected to making the album.
“Obviously there is a person, or a group of people behind this that were essentially terrorising me,” she said. “I don’t want to sound alarming, but certainly that’s how I felt. It’s one thing if someone comes into your house and steals a painting off your wall: that’s also a violation, but, your work, as an artist, that’s devastating.
“I’m an artistic person, I’m very expressive. I’m sorry if words alarm people, but that’s what it felt like. It was not a consensual agreement. I did not say ‘hey, here’s my music, and it’s finished.’ It was theft.”
....But Madonna suggested her case was different: “It wasn’t just music. Images were coming out that I’d never seen before. It was then I started to think OK, what’s happening? What is the source of the leak? It’s not just one person, or someone sitting next to me in an office, or someone in a recording studio.
“I’ve had leaks before, a couple of weeks before an album was released, a lot of other artists have too, we all have to deal with that. But to have songs in the earliest demo form, from last March, that’s extremely disturbing to me.”

The Inside Story of How Madonna Turned Her 'Rebel Heart' Leak Into a Global Hit
"Global hit?" Is he sure about that?
Because several articles I've seen say that after the first week, her Rebel Heart songs fell out of the top 100 or way, way down the charts.
Excerpts from the article. - High-profile leaks and other security breaches have been a scourge of the entertainment industry for the past 15 years: from Wilco's Yankee Hotel Foxtrot in 2001 and Lil Wayne's Tha Carter III in 2007 to Madonna's own "Give Me All Your Luvin'" in 2011 -- which resulted in an unidentified fan's arrest in Spain, although he was later released -- not to mention the hacker group Anonymous' threats to rapper Iggy Azalea in 2014's final weeks.
But this Madonna leak was unusually severe, including images and videos as well as music. However, the singer and her team's quick response may have set a new precedent for how the industry can mobilize in an effort to combat them.
On the morning of Dec. 17, Steve Berman, vice chairman of Madonna's label distributor Interscope, was on the phone with her and Oseary. "She was in a very angry, upset, emotional place," Berman recalls. He had visited her in New York the week prior to hear some of the album's first finished songs with label president/CEO John Janick. "She told me, 'Steve, I care about my music. I can't have the songs being heard the wrong way.' "
Berman was confident that Apple's iTunes could be engaged to turn around an official release of finished Rebel Heart tracks on a dime, even though the digital retailer's servers would effectively shut down for the year on Dec. 19, just two days later.
But he faced two major hurdles: pushback from the upper rafters at Universal Music Group ("Should we just wait and do it all at the top of the year?" was the response from one executive) and the availability of iTunes vp content Robert Kondrk, who was already on vacation with his family in Mexico.
During the next 48 hours, Kondrk was able to help Apple greenlight a Rebel Heart preorder that would include six instant-gratification songs for download by midnight ET on Dec. 20 -- including "Living for Love," the set's first single, which was initially intended for a Valentine's Day release (and will now be promoted to radio on Feb. 10).
However, Madonna had to make sure the six songs were in finished form, so she holed up in her New York studio working on the final mixes into the wee hours of the morning of Dec. 18. "There was no time to call any of the producers -- nothing," says Oseary. "Just her final mastering sessions."
The result of Rebel Heart's 48-hour turnaround? The album preorder topped the iTunes charts in more than 40 countries -- including the United States, where three of the six released tracks entered Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart dated Jan. 3, despite just two days of eligibility.
To date, the six tracks have sold a combined 131,000 downloads, according to Nielsen Music, with preorders for Rebel Heart at a robust (considering the situation) 50,000 to 60,000, according to industry estimates. "We know that in today's world, having a top 10 album with no promotion is really hard," Oseary says. "It's pretty... exciting isn't the right word, but it's rewarding to see it so well-received."
