I don't know if I'll be voting in this election or not. If I do, it will be for McCain. I do not like McCain, as he is not a conservative, but compared to Obama, he's the lesser of two evils, IMO. I'm just glad the Dem primary stuff is over with. I was getting so burnt out hearing about Hillary Clinton Vs. Barack Hussein Obama. (At times it was funny, though, because the prolonged Democratic primaries resulted in Democrats bashing each other - as someone who usually votes Republican, I was amused by all the Dem in-party squabbling.) |

Well I'm bummed that Ron Paul is dropping out of the race.... But one good thing about the 2008 Election is that Madonn-Ho will remain in the UK because her Golden Girl Hillary decided to throw in the towel ! and ruined her chances to return after the end of the Bush Administration

It's a hard decision to make. The more I hear about Barack, the less I like him, but I'm not all that familiar with McCain's stance on certain issues either. I may end up voting for Obama anyway, as Democrat tends to be my default position (for the simple lack of alternatives). |

To use a laundry analogy, Obama is your cleanest dirty shirt? That's how I feel about McCain. You might like McCain. There are some liberals who like him. Even my sister's Kucinich-lovin,' liberal boyfriend doesn't find McCain objectionable. McCain is a RINO (Republican In Name Only). He is liberal / left leaning on some issues. McCain has stabbed Republicans in the back before by siding with Democrats. I don't mean to stir anything up, but I'm glad Ron Paul dropped out. ![]() I keep waiting for all the talking head Democratic pundits on the TV political talk shows to come to the realization that Obama will NOT be running against George W. Bush. It's amazing, but some of them continue to behave as though W. Bush will be on the ticket instead of McCain. |
