First off, thank you all so much for being very active participants during this draft. We got it done in 7 days, which is awesome!

***The below crossed out section has been updated, please see below post for update of roster deadlines***
Second order of business will the the final roster cut deadline. I am setting the deadline at Thursday 3/31 at 11:59PM. I will adjust rosters in the system on Friday 4/1. I am also adding a DL deadline for Saturday 4/2 at NOON. If anyone has a player that has been moved to the DL in Yahoo between the roster cut deadline and Saturday 4/2 at NOON, please move them to your DL and post a message on the message board before NOON on Saturday 4/2. Please use the following example for this: "Moved Lance Lynn to DL, please add CJ Cron to my roster." No players will be dropped during this time, only added in the newly created roster spot from DLing a player, and it obviously must be somebody you carried over from last year, acquired in trade, or acquired from the draft.

Finally I would like to address how to post roster moves. I will follow up with my own team post as an example. Full rosters will not need posted/typed out. Only roster moves that I need to make in the Yahoo system.
1 - Create a New Topic with your team name.
2 - Post any moves I will need to make in the Yahoo system.
3 - I will confirm once each move is processed.
***Note: Do not edit any post in here, because I will not be going back to look for edits once I have processed a move. For example, if you post "Cut Eugenio Suarez and add CJ Cron" and I have posted below it "This has been processed," I will not look back above my post to check for edits. If you changed your mind and want something different, you must post again below my confirmation post.***
4 - Proceed like this for any roster moves going forward. Also, please feel free to text me if you would like with whatever changes you want me to make in Yahoo AS WELL AS posting them on here. I won't be checking here more than a couple times a day, but if I get a text then I can process it at my earliest convenience, and will confirm during my next check-in on here. Keep in mind, if you have 30 players in your Starting Lineup + Bench, I cannot add a player straight to NA. I am limited to the same things everyone is when making their own roster moves throughout the regular season.
***Note: Please do not post circumstancial moves on here. For example, do not post "If Lance Lynn gets moved to the DL, then add CJ Cron." Instead, please wait until your player is moved to the DL, then post the requested addition.

Also - I have to add that I will also add a player from your owned roster to DL. For example, if I didn't have Lance Lynn on my roster in Yahoo, but he made the DL in Yahoo before 4/2 at NOON, then I could add him to my team and put him on the DL.

The general message concept would be "Please add Lance Lynn to my roster as a DL player."

ROSTER DEADLINES:
Roster Cuts - Saturday 4/2 @ 11:59 PM
DL Adjustments - Sunday 4/3 @ 5:00 PM
Waiver Date - Monday 4/4 by 7:00 AM

Roster Cuts - This is exactly what we are familiar with. The roster you plan on taking into the season should be perfectly updated in Yahoo's system. This is so close to the start of the season that I will not be lenient with this. I suggest getting your roster straight ASAP in Yahoo and then make adjustments accordingly as we get closer to the deadline.

DL Adjustments - This is new this year. To capitalize on MLB teams waiting until Opening Day to place players on the DL, we are opening up the possibility of DL adjustments to be made. This is only for players under your team's control (team control means you could have chosen to keep them at the Roster Cuts deadline) that were moved to the DL, and a corresponding move if eligible.

Example 1: You want to keep Greg Holland ONLY if he is DL eligible. In Roster Cuts (due by Sat 4/2 @ 11:59pm) you make sure Greg Holland is NOT on your roster. Then, on Sunday 4/3 before 5pm you check to see if he is DL eligible in Yahoo. If he is, you submit a request to have him added to you roster thanks to the DL Adjustment period. "Please add newly DL-eligible Greg Holland to my roster in Yahoo. Thanks!"

Example 2: You want to keep Lance Lynn, but he is not yet DL eligible yet which causes you to make a roster cut. In Roster Cuts (due by Sat 4/2 @ 11:59pm) you make sure Lance Lynn is on your roster. Then, on Sunday 4/3 before 5pm you check to see if he is DL eligible in Yahoo. If he is, YOU MOVE HIM TO YOUR DL and submit a request to have one of your cut players re-added to your lineup. "Please add (cut player) back to my roster spot opened by Lance Lynn moving to the DL. Thanks!"

Example 3: You have 31 total owned players. 2 players get sent to the DL during the DL adjustment period. You may NOT select an additional free agent to occupy one of the roster spots.

Example 4: Daniel Norris hits the DL 2pm Opening Day after shutting his hand in his van door. You cut Shane Greene and Drew Hutchinson and instead kept Rajai Davis because you had excess SP. Well, Rajai Davis got cut Sunday morning, but your NA spots are full. You may move Norris to your DL and add ONE of the starting pitchers. However you may NOT drop Rajai Davis and add the other SP to your lineup.

Waiver Date - Waivers will automatically process the morning of Monday 4/4 through the system. I will advise when roster have been finalized and teams can begin to make their waiver claims Sunday. You are welcome to begin making waiver claims as soon as I unlock rosters, just be aware that the player may get added to a team before hand if they are "owned." Also, waiver claims for this period must be submitted by 11:59pm on Sunday 4/3. 12AM on Monday 4/4 I will be adjusting the waivers type to our normal style. From 12:00am on Monday 4/4 until either A) waiver transactions are posted in the transactions log, or B) 6:00am EDT, whichever comes first, teams should not attempt to add a new player or make a waiver claim. If a player is added to a lineup preceding whichever deadline comes first, that player will be moved from the team and passed through waivers again, and the team that violated will be locked from transactions until these players clear waivers. The way to be safe here is DO NOT ATTEMPT to make a transaction after 11:59pm Sunday 4/3 until you see either a transaction adding a player from Waivers OR it is 6:00 am EDT on Monday 4/4.
