Physical exercise not only burns calorie consumption and increases your metabolic rate but can help you think better. Before the common celebration stand up of pizzas and alcohol gets the best of your body and mind, try these fitness tips.

1.Walk or drive your bicycle to class
2.Set aside 30-60 minutes each day for weight training
3.Enroll in physical exercise class
