TBH would rather J.Hill on a wing than Young, would add just that little more flair to the team. Although I'm a fan of Young, think he's been slightly overrated considering his injury troubles over the past few years.

As for Nason, would struggle to support us if he dons the blue and gold. As average a player as you can get, would rather Nahas or even Hams as a small forward. Just has one of those faces that needs a good smashing!

The talk about the deal stalling is stemming from this article. Someone give the Western Bulldogs negotiator an Agent Gibbs to the back of the head for being so stupid, and give them back their crayon so they can sign.

With Xavier Ellis resigning at Hawthorn, I don't understand we we wouldn't make a ploy to try and lure Young across the nullabor.

I think if we can get pick 28 for Ebert and it gets finalised it will be good. We'll have 23 + 28. It gives us the opportunity to pick up a KPD and the best available mid, rather than one or the other.

I do want Jordan Lockyer at 28. He's very underrated on these boards and looks like a very attacking full back with great hands, like Lake. Can play at both ends also.

With 23 we could hope for a slider, someone like Grigg or Crozier IMO.

Crozier will be gone.

Grigg is average and we have near no need for him. Somone like Kavanagh, Markworth and McKenzie is what we have an actual need for.

I really like lockyer because of his attitude and aggressiveness at the ball and the play and would be happy to pick him up with either of our picks. Nelson seems very, very vanilla to me and i think he could be a roleplayer for us in a successful side but i just dont see a spot in the team for him. As a mid i see him as one of 2 rotations off the bench and while he can fill a HFF spot i just dont see any dynamism there.
