Sweet.

23 and Swift?
something along those lines but freo dont even want to use their first rounder and afaik we offered our first rounder plus a choice of 1 player from a list of players.

No sorry. Bven if we were to find a trade that Brisbane is happy with I don't think we'll end up with Clark. Purely for the reason that I don't think the club would be willing to go within 100k of his contract demands.
Manchester United & Melbourne Heart
Melbourne Storm & Melbourne Rebels
West Coast Eagles & Perth Wildcats

Bah typical West Coast, can be so short sighted. Can't believe they won't settle for pick 28. There are plenty of players from Port that would improve us as a team.

Ones they would be willing to trade? I can't think of any.

Worsfold is stated that that he thinks we have 30 odd guys who at the moment could play a role at afl right now at an afl finals level. So to us adding depth players or guys who would be right on the borderline is of no use to us. West coast genuinely think ebert is worth a top 10 pick and while its unlikely that we'll get one if you consider the club considers someone as being top 10 worthy if they are looking at another club they would pretty much be looking at their guys who they think could be worth a top 10 pick. Ebo has really been given a good run at the club, his father has been employed by the club and the eagles just want loyalty i think as much as the compensation itself.

See if he's fit i think surjan would improve us down back significantly but the eagles could be of the thought that with smith, sheppard, brown and others looking for a spot and games down back that improvement next year wouldnt be enough to make him being any part of the deal worthwhile.

Would rather Ebert go to the PSD then accept pick 33 or any Port player atm. Its a crap draft, one id prefer to see us pick up mature aged picks like Horslay and McGilligan with anyway
