Regardless of what some of you are saying, he is going to be a big loss to us. Midfield coach during our peak and now our forward coach, ironically now our strongest point. For him to be a Senior Coach though, he needs a fresh start somewhere.

wtf wasnt expecting this....grats suma he built our awesome mid during 02 and 07 then built our current powerful forward line....no logical replacement..

will be a temp blow to our coaching structure and dynmamics but i think this is going to pan well for us

dont rate sumiches tactical ability all that high while i do rate burns and walsh and expect one of them to move up into 2IC

The contingency seems to mean Burns will become the next senior coach.

Don't like losing anything to Fremantle but what can you say about Sumich's apparent intelligence for the forward line functioning so well.

Anyways lets open up the cheque book and find the best replacement possible.
