A Bill to Provide for an increase in recruitment and activity. 1. Mandatory Recruiting (1) In this Act–
(4) Each official must document the number of telegrams he sends in any such place as the Department of Domestic Affairs may designate for such a purpose. (5) The President may grant an official an exemption, in whole or in part, from fulfilling his quota. (6) If an official fails to complete his quota without exemption, he shall be required to send the deficit which results from that failure in the following week, in addition to any quota which he must fulfill for that week. (7) If the official fails to complete his quota for two consecutive weeks, or three non-consecutive weeks, then he shall be considered as suspended from office. (8) If the official fails to give a satisfactory account of his actions to the President within one week of his suspension, then he shall be considered to have vacated the office to which his failure to fulfill the quota applied. 2. Telegram Format (1) The Regional Council, in concert with the Department of Domestic Affairs, shall create a standard telegram format for recruitment, to be updated at least once per month. (2) Any official who fails to use the correct format may be charged with reckless recruiting. 3. Provision of Information (1) The Secretary of Domestic Affairs shall send a message to each member of the forum, which shall include all pertinent information regarding recruiting for the government of Capitalists. 4. Short Title and Commencement (1) This Act may be cited as the "Recruitment Act". (2) This Act shall enter into force on the day on which the President approves it. |
